“We (my husband and I) walked into the Ski Bum around 4:45 Sat. We saw that it closed at 5 but wanted to check out skis for me. (To just look really quick and just to see the store. I had never been. I’ve been a ski rental gal) A sales clerk, Anthony, approached us and was super friendly and ready to answer any questions. He was very patient and never made us felt like “ah sorry but we are closing” He listened to my “skiing abilities” and my issues that I have had with skiing. He started recommending the skis for my level and I saw that there was a sale! So I asked about boots and poles. He was “Sure! Follow me” My husband and I kept saying “we are so sorry to hold you up! Are you sure!”’ (Because once I found the skis, I was so excited to buy everything I needed - ps, not super rich, skis are expensive but with the sale and I came into a little bit of some money from my moms passing. This to me is a gift from her) after about the 3rd “Im Sorry” he said very friendly “Please stop saying you’re sorry. It’s fine, I’m in no rush” He really again, was patient. Help me with buying inserts for my high arches, which I knew I had high arches but never realized how high once he had me stand on some special foot sensor device. I bought inserts that molded to my feet, which I think that in itself is going to help me with having the right boots that fit correctly which will then help me ski better. Anyway, the girl at the counter was super nice too and didn’t seem annoyed that we made her stay as well (I didn’t catch her name) but I was just so happy with the entire experience and I’m so excited to go back and pick up everything. We were in and out in about an hour or so. I usually wake up the next morning with buyer’s remorse when I buy something big but not today! I’m still so happy and thrilled that I got the skis. I just hate that we might not have time to ski again this year but who knows now. Thank you again Anthony, the other sales associate and the girl at the counter ☺”

Bought it in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. Park in the lot around the corner and behind the store. Parking in front gets congested.”

“OMG! This store is the BEST! KEITH is the Best! Today my daughter had a lacrosse clinic (she's 10) & we couldn't find her face guard, mouth guard & her cleats didn't fit! The clinic started at 9:30 in Springfield. We were at the store at 9:30 & it didnt open til 10....BUT Keith let us in & in record time fitted my daughter with everything & she was on the field by 10 (& not missing a lot). THANK YOU KEITH!”

“I want to congratulate whoever hires and trains the staff here. I've never experienced better customer service, and, at 70, I've been shopping for decades. I came in with a friend who was coat shopping. While I was there, I figured I'd try to find straight legged spandex pants similar to the Lululemon pants I've been wearing for years but that have been discontinued. Madison immediately understood what I needed and did everything necessary to make that happen for me. And it wasn't easy. She ended up having to order them from another store, after trying to find a pair in the store, and online, and striking out both times. But she kept on it and made it happen. And honestly when she succeeded she seemed just as happy about it as I was. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER I encountered as I tried clothing on and asked for different colors and sizes was helpful, caring and well-informed. And unlike some clothing stores with a younger vibe, even though I'm a senior, I felt welcomed and appreciated.”
“Going, Going, Gone in King of Prussia is definitely worth a stop if you’re hunting for deals on name-brand sports and casual gear. It’s one of those outlet-style stores where the stock changes all the time, so it’s kind of like a treasure hunt each visit. You’ll find everything from sneakers and golf apparel to workout clothes, team hats, and random sports accessories. Prices are usually marked down pretty heavily, and if you catch the right timing, you can score some big-name items at a fraction of the original cost. The layout is straightforward, and it’s easy to browse without feeling overcrowded. Staff is friendly but mostly keep out of your way, which I actually like when bargain shopping. It’s located near plenty of restaurants and shopping in the King of Prussia area, so it’s convenient to make it part of a day out. Great spot if you love hunting for solid deals!”

“The store has everything that someone would need to play hockey or participate in ice skating related activities. They are located inside the Center Ice facility in Oaks, PA. Their location makes it very convenient for folks to check out and buy any hockey gear then and there. They always have specials running on items. Plenty of parking available and is located minutes from 422 and Egypt Road. Their staff are very friendly. Check them out when in the area”
