I absolutely love Dr. John Adams and come here specially for him. I've seen countless chiropractors over the past two decades and he's by far my favorite. He is a client favorite so give yourself ample time to wait as it is walk-ins only and you'll need to wait your turn. If new patients come in they get moved to the front so just be aware and give yourself time. It's worth the wait and drive! You'll get A+ service here every time.

Excellent chiropractic adjustments. Dr Nick has kept my body in good shape on a weekly basis which I greatly appreciate.

This was my first chiropractor session and I’m not in the slightest bit disappointed! Besides the obvious of being able to crack many parts of my body and releasing tension, my Dr. was very informative. I’m excited to be back for my next session!

I have had the privilege of visiting the Newtown Square clinic and experiencing the expertise of three out of their five remarkable doctors. The diversity of their team provides patients with a well-rounded and comprehensive approach to chiropractic care.Dr. John Adams has left an indelible mark on me with his incredible adjustments. His stature, reminiscent of an NFL player, allows him to administer firm and effective adjustments that are nothing short of amazing. The relief I have felt under his care is truly unparalleled.Dr. Nick Selimis, on the other hand, is the undisputed master of extremity adjustments. His skill knows no bounds, as he adeptly addresses everything from wrists to toes with a touch that feels downright heavenly. The thoroughness of his adjustments is a testament to his dedication to his craft.Dr. Mike Hillenbrand has also made a significant impact on my journey towards a pain-free life. His adjustments are skillful and precise, but what sets him apart is his willingness to go the extra mile. Dr. Hillenbrand takes the time to educate his patients on beneficial stretches and lifestyle changes that can further alleviate back pain, providing a holistic approach to healing. While I haven't had the opportunity to experience the care of Dr. Heather Sefried or Dr. Tabitha Mabie at this clinic, I am eager to do so in the future. I've heard nothing but glowing reviews about both of them, and I am confident that they uphold the same high standards of excellence and patient care that I have come to expect from the Newtown Square clinic. The prospect of receiving their adjustments fills me with optimism and excitement for the continued improvement of my well-being.

Whatever you do, do not enter any of your personal information into their website portal. I was interested in their services, but then had to cancel. I called more than 24 hours in advance to cancel my first appointment, as I was respectful of their time, but this corporation is not respectful of yours. They have called me multiple times in the middle of the day, interrupting me at work-nonstop text, emails, trying to get your business. Beware.

My very first time going to any Chiropractor. I was worried at first because well that whole neck thing had me worried. Lol but the staff was very polite and made my diary visit good. So good that I decided to do a membership. The Doctor was very cool to talk to and very knowledgeable and help me with some areas of pain. I will definitely be going back. Even if it’s an hour drive from my house. Lol

Dr. Jones was PHENOMENAL! He reviewed my hx, made updates and adjusted me accordingly. He went over and beyond and his care was was not anything like most of The Joint providers I’ve experienced in my primary residential state in Arizona. These providers barely touch me nor do the majority conduct a thorough med hx review. THANK YOU DR. JONES! I hope you own this particular business because most of us were lined up and and willing to wait for YOU!

Decided to go here three years ago with some minor sciatica down my leg. The working chiropractor informed me that it was my SI joint that needed to be adjusted. After two visits with no results he went for a more aggressive adjustment and ended up excessively cranking my back with a huge pop in my hips, low, and mid back leaving me literally limping crookedly out of the office unable to drive home. I was informed that I would need to put some ice on it and that it was a big adjustment but a good one. This couldn’t have been further from the truth and ended up becoming one of the worst days of my life. The following week was agony and it turned out that as a result discs in my lower lumber throughout my spine had become herniated/ruptured and lead to multiple muscle and nerve issues. Over the past three years, I have had to seek countless back specialists, physical therapists, and other chiropractic professionals to try to correct the life-altering problems that The Joint has caused me from this adjustment. And now after three years, it’s horrifying to me that the only option I have left is now surgery. My biggest regret in life has been the decision to come to The Joint for treatment of any kind. The impact of my last “adjustment” at The Joint has greatly accelerated disc degeneration in the rest of my spine and caused significant pain/depression and irreversible nerve damage. I can no longer work, driving has become difficult and limiting, and I can no longer lead an independent lifestyle, thus burdening my friends and family to help take care of me. With surgery now as my only option left, I am writing this as a warning to potentially prevent a similar nightmare from happening to someone else.

Been coming here sporadically for the last few years-when I'm in town and need an adjustment. Always gotten a decent adjustment-- I try to shut down the push to sign up for a membership. (I don't live here and have a regular chiro!). Saw Dr. John once and it was an amazing adjustment- felt like he really knows the body and doesn't just do a routine adjustment. I had to wait longer than I ever had before-but he was the only one working that Friday afternoon.

My first visit to a Chiropractic was heavenly. My body has so much stress accumulated over time and to have someone release it the right way, it feels a renewed hope. My left hand range of motion has improved so much in just one time. I intend to continue my visits of course and the thrill of being covered under FSA spend is a wow effect. Dr. Nick has magic touch. He knew that my left elbow must have undergone a surgery even without any mention of it. That subject knowledge is solid, a passionate practitioner for sure. If a Patient Portal is added then the history information of treatments would be empowering the consumer. Thanks

I had a mixed experience. The doctor provided good treatment, but I was extremely disappointed by the service practices. When I requested a three-month account suspension, the front desk person promised that I would be notified before my plan was resumed. Unfortunately, this was false information, as I received ZERO notification before being charged for two months without any prior knowledge. Such waste of money. I don't want to receive any future services at all.Despite contacting the manager multiple times, no refund or partial refund was offered. The manager simply mentioned that the front desk person had left their position. While the doctor's treatment was commendable, the lack of accountability and failure to rectify their mistake left me disappointed. Potential customers should be cautious of the service practices at The Joint.

My wife called to cancel the service a year ago and spoke with the front desk who confirmed cancellation. The recurring payment continued until we found out a year later from the manager who only works 2 days a week that the cancellation cannot be done over the phone. You have to come to the office and fill out the completion form. She gave an example of a "subscription service" like Netflix where you have to cancel, to which I responded that this is bad business practice to require customers to travel for over an hour to just cancel the service. This is not written specifically anywhere in the contract and we were not informed at the time of signing up the contract. THis is bad business practice. I highly recommend to not use the service.
