The staff at Newtown Ulta is the best! Huge shout out to Rachel and Joanna who went the extra mile and used their makeup artistry skills to make my daughter and her friends feel special and important!

Highly recommend a make up and hair birthday party with Jessiah! My 12 year old daughter and friends had the best time, left gorgeous, and even got a swag bag. Best birthday ever. So thankful!
