I really miss the great service of Steve and another woman that has retired. I went in today to return a package that I sent to be returned and instead of sending it too the correct address it came back too me. I know we all make mistakes, but i was treated SO HORRIBLY RUDE BY MOHAMMED. He was so indignant that the woman behind me rolled her eyes. He should not be in customer service and I’ll make it a point to not go back and it’s not the first time he’s been rude I’ve noticed he doesn’t do it if there’s another person working with him just when he’s alone

This is a distribution center only. They will take your mail at the back door if it has postage on it but they cannot give you a receipt. Drive to the back and you will see. For those of you that couldn't find it is in the back (you may see all of the mail trucks their). Anyway you have to go to the back door there is a doorbell there. The woman was very helpful to me. So this is a great distribution center. I'm only giving it a one-star so the people who are looking for a post office or discouraged from going here so they don't waste a trip.
