Darryl is a superstar. I’ve always had good experiences at the Verizon store in Newtown square, with Theo, and others in the past. The last two times my family and I went there, Darryl helped us. He not only helped us, he took the time to explain important details that helped us maximize our plans. One of the last times Darryl helped us, he wasn’t even making commission because it was a phone issue. He spent an hour with me and kept me relaxed when I was sure I had lost 12 years worth of pictures. He helped me figure it out and saved my iCloud backup data and all those pictures started flooding back into my replacement phone. No commission - just total professionalism. I gave him a bear hug! What a stand up dude! Theo was great too. THANK YOU DARRYL!!!

John Rosato deserves more than five stars. After being a Verizon Wireless customer for over twenty years, I decided to drop it last year after getting the run around twice and then cancelled my service after third call. After a year with T-Mobile and several issues, I was willing to reconsider Verizon again and visited their Newtown Square store. I was immediately welcomed by Mr. Rosato, giving me the best customer service, starting with resolving the T-Mobile phone issue (calling them and resolving a connecting issue...wherein T-Mobile would not), discussing costs as a returned customer, current promotions for a new phone and IPad and a follow-up call to ensure my phone was working. I am now a Verizon Customer again and credit Mr. Rosato for his outstanding service. He went way above and beyond.

Verizon used to be a very friendly store. They would help you out if you couldn't navigate the phone apps etc.
Now you have to pay monthly $24 😒 if you need assistance!
Shame on them. They get our monthly payments. That should be a part of the assistance service!

We had two great experiences at this location. One when we finally upgraded both of our phones and the other when we switched to Verizon home internet and television. Theo, our customer service representative, was knowledgeable and was able to answer the questions we had. So far we really enjoy the internet speed. Still trying to figure out the ins and outs of the tv cable portion, but that will come with time.

Amazing experience today with Theo.
When I walked in the store, I was so happy that he was my helper today. Because I remembered he helped me and my husband last year. And the process was painless, which has not always been my experience with Verizon.
