Very kind staff, and quick service. You can tell that they care for the quality of their inventory. Car has been running great. Nick D was very helpful and even came in to help me figure out if the car was the best fit for me. The process was new to me, but he guided me and was very patient! Great experience.

My family has purchased, leased, and had many cars serviced here over the past 30+ years. Excellent service and sales departments. They value their customers. If you are in the market for a vehicle, you won't find a better deal than Videon! Yesterday we took advantage of a great deal on a brand new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid minivan. I met with Phillip Snyder in sales, he was a pleasure to work with. The process was so easy! My trade in value was fair. I'm looking forward to making miles of memories in our new van! After a thorough inspection, my daughter approves!

The whole process of buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee was refreshing. It was first time I bought a car in 13 years and the industry has changed quite a bit. I was ready to go back and forth, but the experience was hassle-free and Bob Cox was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured at all. It was a very refreshing.

This was my first experience with Videon and I have to say it was awesome! I wanted a pre-owned Honda Accord and had been shopping on-line for about a month. I was having difficulty finding one that wasn't marked up at least $2,000. I was about to give up hope when one popped up at Videon, which is an hour's drive away and out of state. I was a little apprehensive since this isn't a Honda dealer and so far away, but took a chance and I'm happy I did! My salesperson, Rick Harper, made me feel at ease during the entire process. A big shout out to the Finance Department for working diligently in getting a deal that worked for me. Marge was so patient with me and answered every question I had about being an out-of-state buyer. Everyone I met there was so nice. Also, the Service Dept. fixed a little issue I brought to Rick's attention. They were super fast and so friendly. Thanks to them as well. Sorry this review is so lengthy, but I didn't want to leave anyone out. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

I am writing to express my appreciation for the service I received at Videon Jeep Dealership. We had been searching for months to find a decent preowned wrangler. We had a horrible experience just prior to meeting our salesman Phil. I called to inquire about two possible jeeps that my husband had seen online. I had spoken to many different people over the last few months. Phil was just wonderful. He was personable , kind and just seemed so genuine. I called my husband right after getting off the phone with Phil and told him that this was the gentleman I wanted to do business with. It was that first interaction that drew me in. We live in NJ and drove an hour to see what was on the lot. We decided on the 2017 grey wrangler . Phil kept in contact with me throughout the buying process and even afterwards. You just don't find this kind of service these days. Can't say enough. This jeep was for the kids. But my 2014 town and country is getting pretty old, and it will soon be moms turn at a jeep . I will be back to see Phil when that time comes. Thanks so much Phil!!!

Had my 2022 Pacifica dropped off over the weekend because it broke down. This is my first dealing with a Chrysler and it made it 800 miles but that’s another story for owning any Fiat Chrysler vehicle… I can understand I didn’t purchase the vehicle from them, being short handed, being busy but they completely denied taking in the vehicle claiming. “we’re not taking any new customers.” I would’ve been ok with hearing it’s going to take a few weeks that’s reasonable. However, denying service that’s bad business. Service is the second most important thing after purchasing a vehicle. After talking to service over the phone and verbally refusing the vehicle, I asked what do we do from here? I received the response, “have it towed to another dealer.” In my many years of dealing with sales, service and vehicles I have never been treated in this manner. I have owned a fiat Chrysler vehicle for a month I already want to take it to the junk yard. I had the vehicle towed to another dealer and the experience there has been a 180 turn around.

I bought a used car here a while back, took it home and washed it over the weekend only to reveal that the car was covered in light hail damage. I called the salesman the following Monday and said if they refunded me $500 I would forget about it and we would be square. They offered to fix the damage instead which in my opinion was kind of a joke as the car is black and there’s no way they were going to get it perfect especially for less than $500. The car also had a safety recall which in my opinion they should’ve had fixed before putting the car on the lot, instead they put it on me to take the car to a Honda dealer for the recall. Overall a pretty disappointing experience with this dealership.

My experience with purchasing my new Ram 1500 Big Horn was an excellent one. From calling the dealership to driving away, Kevin Roman was very professional. After telling Kevin which vehicle I was interested in, He had it ready upon my arrival, and was fair with the value of my trade. Since purchasing my vehicle, I've already recommended Videon Autos and Kevin Roman to (5) friends who are in the market to purchase a new vehicle.

I have known Bill Monhollan for years, from when I dealt with him at a different dealership and he made a very positive impression. He is a wonderful guy: totally honest, a straight shooter always, and terrific to deal with at a personal level. Bill is now the Finance Manager at Videon. During a service call at the "other" dealership (different maker), I learned that Bill was at Videon. I immediately switched dealerships for service on my Chrysler Pacifica! Bill also helped me with an extended warranty as the best way to deal with a very expensive computer repair. Since then, I also decided to buy a new car from Videon--and yes, Bill referred me through sales, made sure we got every available rebate, dealt with finance issues, etc. The process was perfect: efficient and seamless, with every question answered competently and quickly. In my opinion, this is a great dealership. And if you have a problem -which I doubt you will, because everyone I've met there (from mechanics to sales) has been top notch- just ask for Bill Monhollan!

Every time I go to Videon, it is a pleasant, helpful, and efficient experience. I have bought two cars from them over the years and have always been satisfied and happy with my purchase and the process. Rick Harper goes above and beyond and being helpful and teaching me things about how the financial side of things work so I know whether my ideas are even feasible before we waste our time. Both purchases. We were able to talk on the phone and get ideas and get close to where we needed before I even came in. And then when I did arrive they were able to deliver within reason to the things we discussed. It's always been a great experience dealing with him as well as my purchases. Thank you!

Please Please Please don't change! I bought my car from you guys brand new in 2012 and you still treat me like a new customer who you want to impress because you want my business. And I love it. From Bob refusing to do my oil change ( because I haven't went more than 2000 miles from the last one and he's not going to take my money for an unnecessary change) To me breaking my Key and you guys fixing it on short notice.. I feel like I get special treatment.. But I know you guys are just that good. And take care of all your customers like family. Please don't change ?
