Don't expect any customer satisfaction. Frames purchased less than 3 months ago cracked for no apparent reason. I was told since I didn't purchase a warranty, I could buy new frames and put my lenses in them myself. Why should I have to purchase a warranty for glasses I paid hundreds of dollars for? I could see offering an extended warranty but there should be some warranty period that the customer doesn't have to pay extra.Thank you for using my annual benefit and leaving me with no usable glasses.

This place is the best! Everyone there is extremely helpful. They take a personal interest & answer all your questions clearly. The Optometrist is very thorough. I would recommend this business to anyone!

Highly recommend this location.What a great team of employees.All went so well from the moment I walked into the store for my eye exam to the purchasing of glasses.I was greeted by Austin, I checked in for my easily made appointment via on-line booking.Was taken for my eye exam within 5 minutes by Austin. Austin explained the next 3 steps and what the 3 machines are for. I opted to not have my eyes dilated this time. Instead they have a machine that does the same procedure, if not better, for an additional $35.00.This part of the check up showed my present glasses are too strong. (I thought, yeah right. Wrong, its only a machine!!!). Austin assured me the Dr will verify the results, the machines are pretty accurate.Once finished, I saw the eye Dr who does his physical exam. Well, to my surprise, the machines were correct. The eye Dr's exam (1 or 2, 2 or 1) also came up with my glasses being too strong. The eye Dr explained my exam in great detail and explained how my eyes see different with glasses. My Mom has Macula Degeneration. We discussed this and he pulled up my pictures to show me how he knows I do not show signs of this hereditary disease.So then came the time of picking glasses. I was so glad the employees were able to give input on the glasses I was picking. (Too small, too big, too narrow). Big help!!!!!I highly recommend this location for your eye exam and glasses. It's so nice to have a group with great customer service skills and knowledge of their jobs. Every employee was busy and friendly.Great job Dr. Itabiyi, Anthony, Austin and Ivelisse.

My husband and I had appointments in May for which we waited over two hours. They treated me like an imbecile, I suppose because I'm old. For example they said I had a PD of 70, which I do not. I asked them to check my records or even the old glasses, which came from VW, but there was no record of us.My glasses came in June. The prescription was wrong, which they admitted, but they said it was close enough. They gave me the new prescription on paper and sent me away.Then my husband's glasses came. He doesn't like conflict, so he didn't complain at first. FInally he went in and they did a new exam, admitted there was an error, and sent away for new glasses.So I guess I'm stuck with some expensive trash.

After a year of my bad experience at the Springfield location it was time to try a different store. I decided on this one since it was relatively the same distance from me. Great experience once i walked in. Manager was already nicer than at Springfield. Totally recommend this store over Springfield! Good Job to the Edgmont Visionworks store.

My son's glasses broke and our insurance covered it so they ordered us new ones with incorrect lenses, 3/22 his "fixed issue" new pair is still wrong.I'm new to glasses and was picking up my brand new pair, same day as my son and they put in progressive lenses when the paper clearly says single vision.3 strikes in 3 visits. Trash.

Staff is excellent!! Can't say that for the lenses! Very poor quality.Purchased transition lenses....they get dark outside but that's it.......Still need sunglasses. Lenses not clear....can see better without them! Never again!

Awful service!!!! First of all, they don’t tell you that the doctors are virtual. Second, they did not get my prescription right (they tried 3 times) and then the manager said that the prescription is right although I can clearly see that is not and another store said that it was not right. The manager is full of excuses to be right instead of solving the problem. I should’ve listened to my friends who asked me to don’t go to this place. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but do yourself a favor, stay away from this place!!! Never again!!!

Went in for a yearly eye exam and the staff was super kind and helpful. They were able to get me in and out with the telehealth appointment which was great. I highly recommend going here!

1 star is being generous... my ordeal started beck in August. I had my appointment everything seemed to go okay... ordered new glasses and trial contacts... all good... after 2 weeks called to check and see if my new glasses and contacts were in (they don't call to let you know)... the glasses were there no contacts... the person I talked to said she'd try and order the contact again... picked up my glasses... realized the glasses weren't auto transitioning the way I ordered them... took them back... finally picked up trial contacts (again no call when they received them)... they weren't working the way I'd hoped so I made a follow up appointment... I was told to wear the contacts so the doctor could look at them in my eyes to see where adjustments needed to be made... when I finally went back in the room to see the Doctor he told me to take them out because he couldn't look at them in my eyes because he had NO idea where I got them because he never ordered them and there was no record of me having a contact exam... I told him I had gotten them there and he told me I couldn't have because I never had a contact exam... there was no record of it ever happening... after this argument he ordered trial contacts again only to order the ones that weren't working for me in the first place... smh... so now I have another appointment in another 2 weeks... now it's been 2 1/2 months since my initial exam and I feel I'm no closer to wearing contacts then when I started... (good thing my glasses finally came in right the second time)... now mind you I live a half hour away so it's an hour of my time every time I go... it's just so frustrating and to be called a liar to boot...

I visited vision works yesterday. I must say, the visit was a refreshing change to my usual experience with many other medical Doctors and staff in this area. The Doctor took the time to listen and also, to explain everything to me. He went in depth in explaining the scientific details of the eye exam results which was frankly refreshing - because the usual assumption that the patient doesn’t know/can’t understand wasn’t made. It is a very respectful manner of treating an individual. I had a similar experience with the staff who took the time to help me through the process. I have never had power in my eyes before, so this was a first experience in some ways and I am grateful I visited this clinic. The clinic staff is also quite efficient. Five stars hands down!

The store's website and the door of the store show that it is open 10 am - 6 pm. Last Saturday I arrived at the store at 4.45 pm. The lights were on but the doors were locked. This morning I called the store and the representative told me that she was not in the store at that time because she was on break. When I complained that the store is advertised as open until 6 pm, that there was no sign on the door that the representative was on break and would be back soon, and that I drove an hour to the store and back, the store representative hung up the phone. This is infuriating. I will never shop at a Visionworks store again.
