Best pharmacy I have used in the area. The staff is professional, efficient, and personable. Good place to get a vaccination as well.

Slow cashiers that will take minutes before ringing you up. They like to just yap and not work

I like the store. It's not far from my house. Clean, neat. There are always promotions on any products. The controller at the self-service checkouts is always helpful.

This is the worst pharmacy I have every used. Let's start with the staff who believe saying hello , being helpful or making eye contact is an extra which isn't necessary to sell prescriptions. I estimate 20 of what I take isn't in stock even though I take it regularly. On my visit today for two prescriptions the young lady struggled to say. "It's not in stock". Now that's helpful I said. When will it be in stock and she looked around at the other 5 people working thing the Information might just drop of the shelf. Its a shame a pharmacist doesn't have the ability to feel empathy toward their sick patients. Hopefully in the future they will all be replaced with a friendly AI machine that might at least play a jingle and smile at you. Savon should be shut diwn

I generally have had bad experiences with pharmacies. The Acme Pharmacy in Newtown is an exception. They provide great service. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else.

The staff at the Newtown, PA Sav-on Pharmacy are rude. The technicians need to be trained in customer service or better yet, just replace the entire staff with people who want to be there and treat the customers with courtesy. Plus I don't understand why it take the pharmacy staff 3 days to fill a prescription.

The ladies at the pharmacy are absolutely wonderful. They are highly competent, professional, kind, thoughtful, accommodating and endearing. They have been true as the North Star since the beginning of the pandemic. Their sacrifices and true grit have been greatly appreciated (especially during the particularly bad months in 2020). I thank them for all the excellent customer service they have provided me over the past decade+.

Just a terrible market. Poorly trained staff, understaffed and lacking customer focus. So bad I'm willing to pay more a few feet away where it is the opposite.

This is a bit of a strange Yelp just because it deals with a supermarket. There is always talk about which fast food restaurant may have the best chicken sandwich, well no one would ever think that Acme would even have one and that it competes with the others. As a joke I asked my wife to get me a chicken sandwich when she went to the local (Newtown) Acme and to my surprise they made them. When I got it it was just as good or even better then, Popeyes - Wendy's - Chic fil A. I was totally shocked - a nice sized piece of chicken on a fresh soft bun with a small sized coleslaw. My suggestion is that for $3.99 if you're in the Acme give it a shot. Better then waiting in a long line elsewhere

I always come to this store for groceries and toiletries. It is very clean and excellent customer service. However I saw who is assuming the manager (Amy) treating her employees terribly and I was very uncomfortable witnessing this. As a supportive person of the hard working people through this pandemic (like myself) I was personally offended. Please treat your front line workers with respect and empathy.
