This store is a great ATT store. Individualized service, and they still care about customers as individuals. Ramon helped me with an issue today that initially could not be resolved to my satisfaction. After I left, he continued to research the issue to find an alternate solution, and gave me a call to let me know he was successful. I returned quickly and the issue was 100% resolved. Very happy customer. I've used this store for years, and have had experience with other stores as I've helped family members and friends. Don't use a mall store. If you are in the broader Newtown area, select this store for your ATT needs.

Do not go this AT&T location. They don't have a manager on duty. The manager in charge wouldn't even give me his name. Everyone in the store is rude and will try to rip you off with your trade in.

BEWARE...this store is nothing less than scammers! They will lie about promotions and when caught will say they will fix the issue yet never do! They will not return calls, text messages and have made other customers so angry that they have had to call the police!

WARNING: This AT&T Store Will Mislead You!
If you’re thinking about doing business at this AT&T store, I strongly urge you to reconsider. My experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I want to warn others before they get caught in the same situation.
I traded in my iPhone 13 Mini (in flawless condition) as part of AT&T’s offer to receive a $1,000 credit toward a new iPhone 16 Pro. The process should have been straightforward, but instead, this store misrepresented what would happen and failed to follow through.
Luke, an employee at this location, incorrectly listed my phone as an iPhone 12, which severely reduced my trade-in value. When I pointed this out, both Luke and his supervisor, Lexi, reassured me multiple times that the issue would be corrected after three billing cycles. They made it seem like it was just a minor clerical error. That was completely false.
SEVEN MONTHS LATER, nothing has been fixed. I have left multiple messages, made repeated calls, and tried everything to get this resolved. No one at this store takes accountability. When I finally spoke with Samantha, who identified herself as a manager, she was dismissive and unwilling to take any action to correct their mistake.
This store misleads customers and refuses to take responsibility for its actions. If you trade in your phone here, be prepared to lose the value of your trade-in due to their “errors” and lack of follow-through.
Avoid this location at all costs. Take your business to a store that actually honors what it tells customers instead of leading them on and then refusing to make things right.

I came into the store looking for a new iPhone for my daughter to replace her old phone. Ramon took excellent care of us. He helped us decide which new phone was best, the relevant accessories and then got the new phone all set up quickly. We could not have asked for a better customer service experience and will be back for any of our future cell phone needs. Highly recommend. Thank you again for the excellent service Ramon!!!!!!

Ramon was so nice, helpful & actually greeted me!
1.5 weeks ago I walked in and was ignored by Alhasam, while he was on his personal cell! I said hi I need a screensaver. Easy task. But, he told me that they were out of them. I asked how do I get one? Call AT&T. What? I can’t put those on myself!!
He truly wasn’t into working !! That’s just wrong.
