I did not have a good experience with Car Star Newtown. The only reason I gave them two stars is because they took my truck back twice to try to make it right. Unfortunately they told me this is the best they could do. The damage was on the drivers side which looks good. The problem is on the passenger side where there wasn’t any damage. They had to replace the bumper cover and could not get the seam alignment from the new bumper cover to the existing fender. The trim that goes around the fender does not line up correctly either. There’s a 1/4” gap between the trim and fender only. The gap is good between the trim and bumper cover. This is a brand new new truck and doesn’t look that way anymore.
Please don’t tell me to call the number that you stated in all the negative reviews. They told me this is the best they could do.
