“I’ve been working out at Transcend for 5 years-it’s less than 10 minutes from home, they have very convenient hours, and a varied and plentiful mix of equipment that allows me to work out the way I want. My teenage son comes as well, and I’m grateful he has a place where he can go and train with his friends in a safe and positive environment. Staff members are friendly and helpful-patrons are generally pleasant as well. If you want a juice bar or hair salon, this place is not for you. But, if you’re looking for a clean, well-kept, no-nonsense place to get strong and fit, check this place out.”
“Been at Optimal for several years and it's without a doubt an excellent gym. Chris the manager is very accessible and the staff and personal trainers are excellent. The gym includes new and upgraded equipment. I have to say again the personal trainers are the best as well as the team training and fitness glasses.”

“My wife and I joined Genesis earlier this year because we had trouble coming up with a workout plan and sticking to a schedule with our jobs and three kids. The entire team there has done a wonderful job of putting us on a plan that is specialized to our needs and achievable. There are also lots of opportunities to schedule and change appointments as needed in our busy lives without penalties. As far as trainers go, Ava, Mark, and Brett are each great at being supportive during sessions but pushing us to get that extra two or go past where we think that our limits are. Would highly recommend for anyway tired at throwing a few bucks at a DIY gym and not getting any results.”

Ellipticals 3, treadmills more than 5, 1 electic stepper, machines for muscle workouts, barbell sets, restrooms with shower area seperate for men and women . All equipments are from top brands and well maintained.”
