From the first day we walked in, my wife and I were greeted with friendly smiles and professionalism. The show room was beautiful and the designer, George did such a great job at helping us envision exactly what we wanted. Everytime we wanted to.change any small detail he patiently and intently listened until we saw what we truly wanted and they brought it to life.

Prior to demolition day we received a complete breakdown of the scheduling and what to expect. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up very well so to disrupt our home as little as possible. They were able to accommodate us being home with our animals while they worked on the kitchen.

The work that was done was so impressive. Everything was done with utmost craftsmanship and attention to detail. If with the smallest amount of damage they ordered more parts to.replace them for perfect ones.

It was high end care with a mom and pop vibe feel from the whole team.

We have been shopping around for contractors for a while and they also gave us the fairest price with out compromising quality.

“Recently we worked with Knobs and Knockers in Peddlers Village to order a complete new front door handle. The selection process was easy and the team at The store worked in coordination with our carpenter schedule to get us the unit in a timely manner. Unfortunately the manufacturer threw everyone a curveball by sending a product that was missing some essential parts! Matt, the store owner, handled this in the most professional way by reordering a new door handle set pronto and having their technician install it so we did not have to re-engage our carpenter at our expense. While I realize this was an exception to the norm to get a faulty unit, we were grateful that the Knobs and Knockers team stood behind us in every way in this event.
