I’ve been twice in the past year & Joan is the absolute best. I have a very big needle / doctor phobia & she by far gave me the best experience hands down. I highly, highly recommend going here & seeing her if you struggle with any sort of anxiety with getting blood taken. She made me feel so comfortable & at ease, while also respecting my own process that I usually follow of getting blood taken (including listening to music & closing my eyes). 10/10 recommend

Joan did my son’s bloodwork & he never felt a thing! She was professional & the office was clean. There needs to be more help in the office with 1 person doing front desk and drawing blood.

Joan, who has taken my labs for the passed 5 years, is not only great at what she does, without flaw, but she is also professional, courteous and kind to all who she comes in contact with. She knows her craft and succeeds with the utmost care, concern and knowledge. LabCorp has the best working in its Wrightstown location. I would never go any where else.

I had an appointment and there were 2 people before me. They didn’t call me for 45 minutes. I had left by then to go to work. I never saw an office so incompetent with a lack of regard for their customer’s schedule.

I scheduled an appointment on Friday 8 am for a fasting blood draw and received an automated a confirmation to arrive at 745 am. I arrived at the time that was requested and the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. Apparently they were closed but neglected to inform any patients that day despite scheduling several appointments.No one called to alert me that the office would be closed prior my appointment and no one has returned my call to reschedule or to offer a reason why they were closed.Incredibly disappointing that with all the avenues of technology they employ to allow you to "check in" prior to your arrival with a QR code and scheduling your appointment online, there was absolutely no correspondence that they were going to be closed that day. A complete and utter waste of my time and others that were also waiting with me that morning. I was concerned for others who were also fasting that morning or had medical needs that needed attention. It is shame that LabCorp could care less about the patient.

I'm a difficult stick and typically very apprehensive about getting blood drawn... but Joan at the Wrightstown LabCorp location is amazing! Very gentle and kind each time I've been there and I've been using this location for a couple years now. It does seem this location would be helped by having more staff as they appear to be getting busier each time I'm there and while Joan is fantastic, sometimes she appears to be the only employee needing to handle the check-in registration and blood draws and anything else going on with appointments and walk-in's.

They need way more help in that lab. One woman can't do the desk, check in, tests, paperwork. No.Myself and others don't have 2 1/2 hours to wait to be seen for bloodwork. Today the computer system was down. I've been to other Labcorps. They don't work this way. This isn't rural medicine anymore.Not the nurses fault. She needs more staff LabCorp.

I chose the - 2189 Second Street Pike, Newtown, PA 18940 center while booking an appointment for my annual, company sponsored, Employee wellness with Body measurement tests. However when I reached the center they inform me that one of their devices is broken for several months now and that I need to go to another center. Absolute scant disregard to someone's time ! In this day and age ! I had booked my appointment more than a month in advance. I have an 11 month old toddler at home. To fast overnight and wake up at 6 am to get to the center needs the stars and planets to align ! The staff wasn't even bothered ! As though it was my mistake I showed up ! As though they were doing me a favor.

Slowest ever. Came here because close to my house. One person in busy office. It is not her fault and she tries her best. She is very nice but why have the same person do the exam and all the admin work, answer phones, check people in etc? It would be much better if you have at least 2 people there. Been waiting nearly an hour and a half. Utterly ridiculous!!

I'm very picky about having my blood taken. I usually go to the Lab Corp in Lahaska but they were booked two weeks out. The worker here was very good and did a great job! My only two comments are: 1. When you enter the main door, it's not exactly clear which door is for Labcorp. Just keep walking straight and at the dead end, lab corp is on the left. The other comment is that the check in process was a little difficult to use. I would suggest using the link in the email for you to be able to check in there.

I just left labcorp in wrightstown and I never write reviews ever... but Miss Joan deserves more then 5 stars. I have a phobia of needles which I’ve received therapy for in the past... but she completely put me at ease with her calm demeanor, compassion and kindness. She didn’t make me feel embarrassed or ashamed, but talked to me and was so quick with her blood drawl. I was in absolute shock at how easy this was. I am so grateful for her since she has eased my anxiety with blood drawls and will only see her from here in out during my routine pregnancy blood tests. Thank you thank you thank you Miss Joan !

I needed to leave a sample and my daughter picked up the specimen kit for me because I was too ill to drive. The woman that is usually there is lovely. There was a different person today..her name is Hamali (spelling?) My daughter called me about the Dr's. Order with her approval. I could hear how rude she was to simple questions my daughter was asking. She kept saying there were instructions but my daughter needed to ask something specific. Turns out there was no instruction sheet and I had to call an 800 number because I didn't get a call back. She told my daughter to go ahead and complain and it wouldn't matter. This isn't ok. I've never had an issue here. I hope she won't be the regular tech.

This Labcorp has the best technician, Joan. She is very pleasant, organized and comforting. Her calm professional manner is greatly appreciated. I will be returning to this Labcorp for future lab work.

Joan was absolutely wonderful. The system may have been down but her spirit and kindness was not!!!! Joan was thorough with my paperwork and I appreciated the time she took to make sure everything was done properly. Thank you LabCorp for employing such an amazing employee, you're are lucky to have her!!!
