The sales part went great..but the delivery was very disappointing. Not a very professional situation and never even called us to see if things worked out. Let's just say after delivery went wrong 3x..we finally got our beds. I could not recommend this location.

Since I’m a recent widower, it’s hard making a purchase like this alone, Gary was great. He took his time, showing me various models, allowing me lay on them until we narrowed it down to the model I purchased. He carefully explained all the options available, and I never felt pressured in any way. It was a great buying experience!

Honestly, I rarely post customer service reviews but Scott at mattress firm in Newtown PA was simply fantastic. My elderly mother was unhappy with the brand new mattress. we just got her. When I called to get it replaced, it was no questions asked, it will be there in a few days. Easy, simple. Thank you Scott you have a customer for life!

Edison, the customer service representative, was so well versed in which mattress would be best for back issues. He was so knowledgeable about the construction of the bed and how to operate its features. He was also warm and friendly. It was the best possible bed buying experience!
