Where do I start? I’m from Pittsburgh and have a 2012 Ford F-150 with 82,00 miles. My wife and I were driving to Newtown Square to visit family when my water pump exploded on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. I had it towed to a Ford dealership up the street and they refused to work on it because it was older than 6 years old and they never serviced it before! I called and James said they could take a look at it, but weren’t sure if they would be able to fix anything due to it being Saturday. They looked at it and diagnosed the problem, said they had all of the parts and would be able to fix it before they closed. I was very happy that I would be able to get home to say the least. The guys were great and did a great job on my truck! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that wants to be taken care of! I will be bringing them my business from now on!

They were very kind in a stressful situation where I had to get back to work. They loaned me a car so that I wouldn't miss work and could get back home afterwards. Its this kind of humanity that the world needs now and builds trust. Thank you

Kenny and the staff at the Broomall Meineke were quick to take care of my auto needs. They evaluated the problem, informed me of the problem and then were able to rectify the problem.

I had to have my windshield replaced by another company and needed to have new inspection stickers put on my new windshield. I called, they told me to come over, and they got it done efficiently! Great customer service. Will be going back for future car needs!
