My experience using MortgageCS for a refinance could not have been smoother!
From my initial conversation with Ben, he took interest not just in the specific refi request, but asked questions about my overall financial goals, and actually helped come up with a creative idea to help me pay off other (non-mortgage) higher interest debt in the process.
From start to finish, Ben, Alec, Melissa & Shannon were ultra-responsive, courteous & helpful. They are a great team to work with, and will be my first call for any future mortgage or refi needs!

Amazing group of individuals. I am originally from Philly area and now based in the Boston area. The Mortgage CS team navigated me through the home buying process with ease and honestly a calmness. Each person I worked with was so kind and thoughtful, I always felt prepared and ready for what is the biggest purchase of my life.
I did not have a realtor, no problem they had connections to attach me to a great realtor in the Boston area. I was new to the Boston area, Ben walked me thru different neighborhoods and price points to give me a better picture of layouts.
Home buying, refinancing, etc. is just easier working with Mortgage CS. Never looking elsewhere, these people have your back.

I would give 10 stars if I could. My husband and I just purchased our first home with the help of Ben, Alec, Christine, and Shannon. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. They explained everything thoroughly, responded promptly, and handled everything in a friendly and professional manner. I found them on Google and was super skeptical of all of the glowing reviews, but it’s all true. They even referred us to the realtor we ended up selecting. They’re a phenomenal bunch to work with, and I would highly recommend them to all first time and experienced homebuyers shopping around for lenders!

The entire team was attentive and went through the entire process with us from looking at home to selling at the screening call. They recommended a real estate agent to us that was much better than the previous two that we worked with, and having both of them in lockstep together was the difference why our bid was chosen, per the selling agent. They didn’t pressure us on our downpayment plan and helped us secure a lower rate than we were budgeting for. All in all I would highly recommend them over anyone else!

Wow. Just wow. If you’re looking for a mortgage broker in one of the MortgageCS service areas, I’ve got good news for you: your search is over. The team at MortgageCS is that good.
I don’t typically write reviews, but I feel that one is required for MortgageCS. I first contacted MortgageCS about three years ago, speaking with Ben and Alec about a potential home purchase in Pennsylvania. The timing wasn’t quite right on that purchase, but the guys took the time to educate me about the process of applying for a mortgage. In the intervening years, they sent my wife and me annual birthday notes and stayed close to us as our lives progressed. When it was finally the right time to buy a home in the summer of 2025, it was obvious who to choose for the mortgage origination.
Ben and Alec usually respond to emails in a matter of minutes. That’s really important. When you are trying to purchase a home in a competitive market, time is of the essence. Thanks to their expeditiousness, we were able to make an offer within 24 hours of our desired home hitting the market. I believe that speed allowed us to communicate our seriousness to the sellers and get to our property before other potential buyers.
Applying for and receiving a mortgage is a complex process. It involves a tremendous amount of paperwork and troubleshooting. The MortgageCS team was on top of every element of the process. I wouldn’t settle for anything less in the future because there is a significant amount of money on the line. You need partners you can trust.
Anyway, I could probably write a much longer review, but I think I’ve made my point. I guess my only regret is that I won’t get to work as closely with the MortgageCS team now that the home purchase is completed. Until next time, my friends.
