I've been to this location 2 times. Both times, the paint I needed was not in stock. Their price for the same paint is $10 more expensive than Ricciardi's in Fairless Hills. That's pretty ridiculous.

The older gentleman employee who works here is very rude and unhelpful. Was in the store twice with the same experience. Never once asked if I needed help, if I approached with a question or comment he gave me a rude and snappy answer. Service was extremely slow. I would chose another BM paint store if I was you.

The guy behind the counter was not helpful at all. This isn’t the first time I’ve been here. I’m going to the Benjamin Moore in Doylestown to do business. Joe is the best.

Love the Sunday hours. Olivia is wonderful. Patient reviewing my measurements and recommending LESS paint than I thought I needed. Although I have used Benjamin Moore products for 15 years, I was curious about new It's Bath and Spa as well as their Regal line. Olivia answered all my questions and demonstrated her knowledgeable about the Benjamin Moore products. Never flustered with number of customers waiting to s/W her either. Recommended store.

We were in the midst of doing some renovations when one of our cabinets got damaged. It had a synthetic coating which was impossible to fix, but our handyman came to the rescue and recommended the Paint Store to us for paint color matching. So we popped off a door and went down to the shop to check it out. As it was not true paint and because it was a bit old, they were unable to nail the color exactly. However, they gave us the closest match they could and it came out absolutely perfect! We were able to touch the cabinet up and the color was so seamless that you can't even tell it was damaged at all. We also needed to pick up a few sample colors for various rooms and we solicited their advice on quite a few things like finish and durability. They were really helpful and too a good chunk of time to steer us towards products that would work best for our project. I thought the staff at this shop did an excellent job overall with our needs. I would definitely recommend them if you have any paint matching needs or if you're just straight-up buying paint for your home. Five stars from me.

Gentleman running the place was not very helpful. Sitting reading paper. Could not care less. Went to another BM store and they were great.

Been to store on 3 different occasions. Not a good experience on all three visits. I am paying premium price for paint I woul like to experience sales reps that want to be there and helpful. Experiencef rep that clearly did not want to be there like my questions were a inconvenience!! Last Visit sales representative rushing gave me a quart of paint and not a gallon after I stated a gallon. When I asked if I could be reimbursed said no!! Very disappointed. I hope other Benjamen Moore sites provide better Customer Service because the NEWTOWN, PA site clearly does not. Will not be going back!!! It left me with a bad taste in my mouth regarding Benjamen Moore Products!!!

EXCELLENT COLOR MATCHING SKILLS! There is a woman who mixes paint here who can match color precisely and has the ability to SEE more discrepancies between similar colors than most other colorists I've encountered. Being a designer, I am particular about variations within the "same" color paint, which can happen between Flat and Eggshell paints of the same color code. The color wizard at the Newtown Paint Store not only "got" what I saw but concocted through her own formula, the exact color I was going for. People who can formulate the warmth or coolness of the color you are wanting are gems in the paint industry. They are true partners to designers!
