My visit to Quest was exceptional. The woman who helped me was very professional and she was very good at what she does. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Quest diagnostics visit on 4-24-2025
I had an appointment at Quest Diagnostics on 4-24-25 at 8:20 am. (I had to put it out about a week so that I could be fasting in the morning). I went to the appointment, checked in and was called fairly promptly.
I had scripts for blood work from four different doctors. The technician told me that I could only do one of the doctors today and that I would have to make separate appointments for the other three doctors. She said that I only had a ten minute window for my testing and if I did all four doctors I would be holding up another clients appointment. Why would I have to make separate appointments on different days to get the blood work done for the other three doctors? I have had blood work done before at Quest for multiple doctors in the past at the same time. I found this visit was very disappointing and I am not happy with the technicians response to my needs.
I went to Lab Corp the same morning and they were able to do the multiple doctors blood work the same day.
Needless to say, I am very disappointed in Quest Diagnostics concerning this appointmen
I think I will be going to Lab Corp for all my future needs.

Gianna goes above and beyond. Looked into the tests on the orders to insure insurance coverage, called the ordering provider to clarify, came up with ways to minimize difficult resampling..... After a frustrating, futile 1.5 hour wait at another location, Tiffany and Gianna in Newtown got the tests done! Thank you 🙏

My doctors ask what sevice I use for blood work, I tell them Quest. My script is sent to Quest, I find a convenient time at the website. Pre register Quest sends TXT before I get there with links to use. A couple of key taps on my phone when I arrive I look at there appointment display see my name and the phlebotomist calls my name. They always professional and caring. I'm in and out in no time. 2 thumbs up!.

Your check in kiosk cannot pull saved insurance data. It should be much faster. There was a line 5 people long in front of it. Should require SMS or QR code only to check-in. I had an appointment and it took 30m to be seen. Your phlebotomists announced they were short staffed. You had more people in your waiting room than you have chairs. Given appointments are made far in advance and you know your resource needs in advance, this is not acceptable. Your appointments are generally unavailable in the morning (the rush hour for lab work due to fasting) up to a week or more. This office needs a major overhaul in terms of technology and the way it is staffed and run. Luckily your lab results are done very quickly and the phlebotomists are friendly and skilled, but there are not enough of them. Your front office needs work. Your patrons were visibly frustrated by the checkin process and wait times.

Expect a nice LONG wait! Quest should give me a time card, and put me on the payroll. I guess I should have brought my Lunch!

friendly atmosphere and the nurse was very careful in finding the right area for taking my blood...all went very well...I would recommend Quest for a blood test to everyone...just remember to drink a lot of water before the blood test.

Came in April 18th at 12:15pm for urinalysis. Walk in with no prior walk ins in front of me. Wasn’t seen until 1:29pm. 2 lab tecs on duty seemed like they were running out the clock. I do walk ins at labcorp regularly and have never waited more than 30 minutes even if it’s busy. There were times when the one tec took 10 minutes in between patients. If management witnessed how much time is wasted they’d be very disappointed.

This place runs like clockwork, from the ease of scheduling to the friendliness of the technicians. When I pre schedule my appointments, I am in and out in no time. None of my time is waisted. That is very important to me. I must mention my phlebotomist, she was awesome.
