Good shop. Generally nice people. Stay away from Chuck. He seems to have an attitude. Treated my kid with a lot of disrespect on a question that would have been easy to answer.

Chuck and the other staff are friendly, incredibly attentive and help walk you through the options while offering expert advice. My husband and I bought our first home and have been doing a lot of painting so I've been back a handful of times now and it's been a pleasure. Chuck has helped us make decisions and our home looks beautiful!

I’m in the Sherwin-Williams in Newtown 6 or 8 times a month and it’s always a pleasant experience. The folks working there are really nice and will go out of their way to help. Their ability to color match a color is amazing.

The lady that helped me is most excellent!!!! I don't know her name but I know she worked Saturday 1/28/2023, Sunday 1/29/2023 and Monday 1/30/2023 as I was in the Newtown PA Sherwin-Williams store on those days.

I rarely write reviews on Google but I just had the most pleasant and informative experience at this store and I had to share. The three sales people were all involved at some level, one more pleasant and more helpful than the next. They were all so interested in my project and gave me great suggestions, advice and education. Every store in America could model their customer service after this store (Newtown, PA) and they would be the better for it. Thanks so much for helping me out with my project!

Trying to order an overpriced hose for our sprayer.We brought the sprayer into the store. They ordered the part. It was wrong. Was told to speak to Mark. He was useless. He actually accused us of providing the wrong part number. Mark claimed he tried to call us. He did not. We will go to the Sherwin Williams store where we get actual knowledgeable help. Not the Newtown store. Ever. Again.
