Sparkle Car Wash in Newtown is a popular local car wash that has provided mixed experiences for customers over the years. While some customers report the staff doing a great job and going above and beyond to clean their vehicles thoroughly, others have been disappointed with the quality of interior cleaning, feeling that their cars are not being properly wiped down and cleaned, even after paying for the interior service. The staff is generally described as friendly and attentive, with one customer particularly praising the front desk employee, Sandy, for her excellent customer service. Overall, Sparkle Car Wash seems to offer a varied level of service, with some customers very satisfied and others feeling the quality has declined in recent times.
