My husband and I went to the Staples in Newtown today, to see what they had to offer in the way of desktop printers. After looking around the store a bit, which was very clean and organized, I asked a question of an associate by the name of Eric. Eric was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but had a professional and kind demeanor. He answered every question that I had about printers and some that I hadn’t even thought of. Not only did he help us purchase a printer, but he also was able to make us aware of great discounts, like trading in our old printer, joining the Staples rewards online for coupons and specials. During check out another associate, named Vicky was just as helpful and kind and made us feel like making is happy was their most important job. These days it’s rare to find great customer service, but we now know one place to get it, Staples in Newtown. Thank you Eric & Vicky.Sincerely, Mark & Mark

Dont waste your time. Printing area is horrible. I have used in other Staples stores , a bliss. here not worth it.

Particular staff at the printing are lazy. The woman I was dealing with ignored me and proceeded to do other things while several people were in line. She eventually called for help and then refused to print my order.

I go to this Newtown location for Amazon returns and stationery. dealt with different staff every time handling returns and they are absolutely the worst. Behave like they are so angry doing these returns. They can take forever to come by to start the returns but can’t wait for 10 seconds for the QR code to load from one return to another. I loved going to UPS for the returns that Amazon used to work with earlier. Staples at least the one in Newtown is awful

Printing at staples is the worst. They lost myOrder last time. I started going to Feasterville Staples instead. After 6 months I decided to goGive Newtown Staples another try. I was there at 8:25. There was no one there but me and the printing manager. I was standing at the counter. She looked atMe. Turned her back and proceeded to clean her glasses and put stuff in herPurse. Then she moved around the back looking away and not acknowledging me at all? Obviously I left. They don't need my business

Very poor service at the photo print section - I placed an order there and they cancelled the order without notifying me. I have to call them to get to know that they actually have cancelled the order.

Went to Staples for passport photos. Very prompt and friendly service. Had our photos in less than 10 minutes.

I dropped off an USPS overnight package at 12:45PM on 12/19/2022. We needed it delivered on 12/20/2022. It was not delivered until 12/21. When I researched the issue with the post office, they explained that they did not receive the package from Staples until 12/20. I then went to Staples to get a refund for the extra expense I paid. I was given the Corporate standard response of no refund. I will never use Staples again.
