I'm always a pain in the rear when it comes to banking. Td generally is pretty solid,however the newtown branch staff is always very helpful to me. My wallet was stolen last month,and the manager got me a new card in a few minutes,all while dealing with dramatic nonsense lol.

I had no one in front of me when I went through the drive thru and it still took way too long to get my check cashed. Also because of their hrs, it took me a week a half to finally cash my check. I just don't understand banking hrs. Banks close before the average man even gets done work. I have to take a day off work in order to do my banking, come on! SMDH!

I don't have an account at TD Bank, but my spouse does. She seems quite satisfied with their service and especially their Saturday hours, these days from 11 to 2. While my primary financial institution is open for a few hours Saturday morning, they open/close earlier and are usually very busy when I have stopped by. Not so for this TDB. We walked right in to conduct an international wire transfer. Everyone was masked, and the three staff were capable of handling the average of 3 customers doing their business. When we approached the the two tellers and announced what we wanted to do, one of them raised her hand, directing us to a private cubicle where she could take care of us. She knew what to do, filling out online forms with help from the information we provided. Ten minutes later we were signed, sealed and on our way out the door. She asked all the right questions, and easily accepted our explanation for the finer points of the transaction. All the while the professional yet relaxed demeanor of the bank and it's well trained staff kept us comfortable and moving forward. Need a good bank person? I have known Mr Pfrommer since he was manager at the Richboro branch. Always kind and helpful, and even if he could not help me, he went beyond and found out the answer. He has always been very professional, and his customer service has been out of this world. Thank you Mr Pfrommer!

I have had a great experience with Newtown TD bank! I was helped by Mr. Shane D. Pfrommer, a manager of this branch and i am thoroughly impressed with the customer service and assistance that was provided. No questions unanswered and i was guided in the right direction with the help of Mr. Pfommer. Wouldn't trust any other bank at this point.

This bank is by far the worst between the hours which the display states one thing but the employees do whatever they want and there customer service its horrible I can not figure for the life of me how this branch is still open, corporate really needs to step in and do a whole rehaul at this location

The manager, Shane D. Pfrommer was utterly rude to me and was belittling me because he has a beach house and more money than me. I felt very attacked and was disappointed that TD bank decided to make this horrible human being manager of this branch. He was very unhelpful and has costed me $4000 in loss. He was misleading and would just repeat the same things over and over again. He would leave the room when I talked to him and just refer me to other people. He kept saying he couldn’t do anything about my situation but clearly shows that he doesn’t care about his customers and only about money. He would go on vacations to his beach house during the pandemic and would never answer calls. It took 2 months for me to be able to speak to him in person which was a horrible experience. My family and I are leaving TD bank and I suggest anyone reading this does the same because Shane D. Pfrommer has scarred the company name.

Sometimes there is a small wait, but it is always worth it. The tellers are always friendly and looking out for my best interest. This is definitely one of the better TD Bank locations.

Because i am a kid the bank tends to always treat me with disrespect. Their costumer service sucks and the associates have always been really rude whenever i have had a problem.

I had the worst job interview of my life few weeks ago. It was the final interview before getting hired. The store manager and the head teller interviewed me. The head teller, she chewed gum throughout the interview. The store manager didn't say anything to her. I was vert distracted, it was very unprossional atmosphere. They shouldn't be representing TD bank!
