Had an appointment. No one showed up. So unprofessional. Wells has become a joke.

Terrible experience, I was trying to deposit my parental leave check and they pretty much told me to kick rocks at their discretion. It’s very hard to find time to do things with newborn twins and they made me wait 45 minutes just to tell me they wouldn’t deposit in my account, the account that I have with them. Unbelievable

Just left this branch. Male who waited on me barely looked up from his computer, and merely mumbled and grunted. Pathetic customer service.
