Was a pleasure doing business with them until recent staff changes. Now you get harassed for payment on contracts that have not been signed thus are not yet active. You can't be in arrears on a contract that is non existent. Additionally, the attitude in dialogue you may get is far from professional. I'm discontinuing all business with them.

I have been a customer for 6+ years and purchased a Waterfall Bluetooth speaker on July 26, 2022. Recently, I have been having technical issues with the speaker. On Nov 18, 2022, I called at 12:03 Pm. to report that the water jets were not working. I spoke to a representative and was informed someone would get back to me. I have yet to hear back from anyone, so I called on Nov 23, 2022, and reported the same issue again. I was told no one was aware that my speaker was not working and that someone would call me back. I have yet to hear back from anyone, so I called the store on Dec 2, 2022, and Dec 5, 2022. At this point, the speaker leaked a significant amount of water on my carpet.After December 5th, the speaker was picked up from my home to be sent in for repair. As of Dec 26, 2022, my speaker has yet to be returned to me and is still in Aaron's possession. I filed a complaint with Aaron's corporate headquarters on Dec 20, 2022. I spoke with name at 1:45 Pm, and they gave me a complaint ID. I was told a regional manager would contact me within 24 hours, but no one contacted me until Jan 9, 2023. On Jan 9, 2023, I received a call from a regional manager. He called me from a blocked phone number. He instructed me to contact the Norristown, Pa. store manager, and they would resolve this issue.The speaker was returned to my home on January 12, 2023. On January 14, 2023, I filled the waterfall speaker with distilled water per the manual instructions. Several minutes after filling the speaker with the distilled water, it began to leak water from the front of the unit. In addition to the leakage, the speaker was returned to me damaged. It was dented and scratched. It is February 2023, and this issue still needs to be resolved.

Santiago was very nice and did great for being new, the boss was rude and just very blunt. He should take a class on customer service. All the bedroom sets should be listed as one not separate. Also the store should be organized and prices should be on the correct items. Better management needed and he could speak to his employees as equals.

Good team good items I went in to rent a temporary laptop while my desktop was being repaired and the process was smooth and simple ... not drawn out like back in the day when you had to pull out your moms social and have a arm length list of references. It went really well. the Team and manager was very patient and thorough went over the terms in detail whole process took about 30 -40 mins from in the door and out

It should be illegal to charge people 3xs as much for furniture ! The management didn’t follow through with my paper work for the waiver of payments fir being unemployed and being an Aaron’s Club member . The manager Scott never faxed NONE of my paperwork to the company that handles the waiver I had to do it all by myself and I got the 800.00 paid off from the company! So if you’re an Aaron’s Club member and is unemployed you can have them pay it off

If I could give this place 10 stars I would . Scott and Jeremiah are so good . I have had times before my promotion when I was struggling to make payments and every-time they worked with me. I have used them for over two years for almost everything I have in my apartment. I see the reviews and it’s shocking because I have never had the experience some people have said they had . Scott is super understanding and Jeremiah is always helpful. I would 100% recommend them . Unfortunately, I haven’t had any contact with Wanda to speak about her service but I love the team they are extremely helpful.
