Although the staffing is limited for now, I was helped in a timely manner and had a very pleasant experience. Dex was helpful and patient with everyone in the store despite being by himself. I came back the next day to see the manager Sabrina (who by the way deserves a raise) for everything she did for me, beyond grateful for her.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! SCAMMERS!! NOT HONORABLE!!
I walked in asking for a prepaid account with unlimited calls and text. I purchase the prepaid the salesman talked about and then we do a test call, not working, the salesman Keeshon B, looked at the fine print and realized it was data only, so only wifi calls and text. We try to initiate a refund since he sold me something accidentally missleading since he didnt know what he was talking about, but they cant figure out how to refund!! So the store manager calls his higher up try and figure out how to refund after the salesman gave me a misleading sale. The manager says his higher up will manually put me on a plan where I have calls so I get my money's worth, so I would still have service for 12 months with no issues. I asked for something in writing so I could prove this deal, he said "uh there's nothing I can give you, so trust me bro". A month later, I'm in Alaska and my phone service cuts off!!!!!!! Almost ruined my job cause I need to call people!!!!! So I felt forced to call 611 and buy a plan. Now I'm $365 into a plan I've used for a month!! I tried calling the store to ask what happened, all I got was him picking up, quickly saying "I'm busy" then hanging up immediately. I've been trying to call back with no answer.
DONT GO TO THIS STORE, DONT GO WITH AT&T!!!

An overall 5 star experience!! Thank you for assisting me with transferring my old phone information over to my new iPhone. Sales associate took her time with and answered my questions thoroughly. What a very pleasant experience!! Thank you again for your excellent customer service!!

I recently stopped in, looking for a new phone. Earnest explained my options to me about replacing my existing phone or upgrading it. If everything turns out the way it is supposed to, I will be pretty happy. I was able to trade my phone in on the spot to get the credits rolling. This store was also nice, clean, and we'll taken care of. Stop in to see Earnest.

Alejandra from this store deserves 10 stars out of 5 star review! Ale was the most professional, friendly, caring, smart and just an awesome person that I had a pleasure working with. I was hesitant to go back to this location because of my really bad experiences, but Ale made up for all the bad experiences that I've had. I can't thank her enough for being there to help me and she really was the best!Thank you, Ale!!!

Rani was super helpful with transferring my number from my other carrier company to AT&T. Ale and Ernesto are also great at the store as well; I highly recommend this place for upgrading your phone or purchasing accessories 10/10
