On top of the violation of having my car targeted, I then had to deal with an insurance company that gave me nothing but the runaround. Nicole at Maaco and her team stepped in and made all the difference, they treated my situation with genuine care and urgency. Nicole actually went to bat for me against my insurance company, fighting to make sure I got what I was entitled to. Once the parts arrived, the turnaround was smooth and efficient. When I got my car back, it was in the exact same condition as when it was towed in, you'd never know anything had happened. Great service that actually seemed to care, would recommend to anyone that's in need of their services.”
