Horrible customer services and the staff are incredibly rude . I don’t recommend this place to store your stuff. They will not be helpful in any possible ways. Come here twice for paper work changes. First time came 30 minutes in advanced and they refused us and claimed no time to do the forms. The second time came almost a hour earlier and no one is here. Called the number and no one answered. Wait ed for 30 minutes and they claimed cannot work on forms again. Told us we should have called which we did. They told us we have to come 2-3 hours in advance. After insist, they did the forms in the extremely inefficient and unprofessional way. The staff blamed each other for doing the wrong thing. I felt super uncomfortable. The lady also asked me how to pronounce and spell my first name in a weird tone when it is clearly listed on the paper and my ID on her desk. Honestly the paper works is no more than one page of writing. They made us repeat our information again and again. So incompetent.

Fast & Easy. Did everything online in 10 minutes and received Unit # and access codes instantly. At location nice, friendly service from associate working.

Smooth experience. The workers were very helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Only advice I have is if it is your first time going or if you need a dolly, go during business hours when someone is there to help you.

It is without reservation that I recommend the Norristown CubeSmart storage locker facility significantly based upon the outstanding standard of operations management this facility enjoys with a superbly talented and capable manager in April. With 40 years of high end real estate operations management experience, I highly recommend this particular Cubesmart facility as an outstanding choice over all other storage facilities. I have used multiple storage locker locations in multiple states and various Pennsylvania locations over many years. The one distinguishing aspect that makes or breaks a storage facility is management quality. In this instance, April’s presence, excellent character and superb management skills and talent clearly elevate a storage locker experience such that it is second to none. I unequivocally endorse and recommend this particular storage locker because of the unparalleled operations management standard April brings to all her clients.

10 out of 10. Merv called me personally to check in when I emptied my unit before I had a chance to let her know. I appreciate it! It was the easiest storage experience I’ve ever had. I was able to get set and access right away. I will absolutely use CubeSmart again.

Apri and Colton were a great help at the front desk and showing me around the unit. Only problem I had was they gave me a unit where I needed a ladder to reach it which was a bit of a struggle.
