This store has employees that really take pride in the store. Always well stocked shelves and clean, very clean. All dollar stores are not the same this one is special and it's because of the employees. 😊
Update, store on Germantown Pike has gone to shit. Not sure what happened, my guess most of good staff left and they hired lazy ignorant people. When I've gone last two times store was a mess, stock sitting in isle, rude staff more interested in talking than helping customers. The worst was at check out her big mouth going with other cashier, never acknowledged me, rude and never spoke once or looked at me. Corporate do a better job to retain your staff that took pride in work. The older gentleman, and couple older women I won't say names but they needed to be kept and paid for their value. Glad I have the newer store in Linfield shopping area, nice store always stocked and great staff working hard to keep stock on shelves. I made switch will not be going back to Germantown Pike store again.

The worst Dollar Tree around. Store used to be clean and well stocked, boxes everywhere now. Not the employees fault, it’s likely corporate given their track record, but still frustrating. More frustrating than that is the hours and time of operation. It’s ever changing. I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve seen a note on the door. Closed early due to short staffing. Power outage. Renovations. “Light” renovations was the most recent note. Sometimes there’s no note and they’re closed at 3, 5, 7, 8. Depends on the day. Anyway, the employees are really nice and that’s the saving grace of this place.

DISCOUNT DOLLAR TREE THAT I WANT TO WAS WELL STOCKED, HAD EVERYTHING THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR PLUS MORE., AND THE OTHER DOLLAR TREES NEED TO TAKE AN EXAMPLE OUT OF THIS ONE. I USUALLY HAVE TO GO TO MORE THAN ONE DOLLAR TREES TO GET WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR, BECAUSE THEY HAVE CERTAIN THINGS IN THERE THAT I LIKE SPECIALLY THE AIR FRESHENERS FOR YOUR HOME IT'S A PARTICULAR BRAND THIS IS THE ONLY DOLLAR TREE TO STAY STUCK WITH IT. AND THE WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

$$stores are typically busy, they are fast to get you through checkout and on your way. They have a little bit of everything and cater to the next holiday. There Christmas supplies and decorations really rock. We always stock up on green tea, sweet tea, and bottled water. My daughter gets her Ramen and lots of candy.

This store is well maintained, but that’s where the positives end. Hate to ever make assumptions like this but I felt uncomfortable at the register. They greet others and very friendly amongst each other but I felt ignored when I asked a question I received cold 1 worded response. While my white partner has a very different experience with the same employees. I have been here a couple of times since it’s near home but this is the first time I’ve felt this way. So maybe they aren’t all prejudice or it’s just a bad day for them. Either way it’s not a good look and I will not go back.

The manager is so rude. Every-time I go there she makes it a point to be real rude. There are other Dollar Tree stores and I will go an extra mile to avoid this store.
