Manager Travis and employees are very rude and disrespectful. They hold my package for over 3 weeks at the terminal and refusing to explain not deliver it. AVOID!!

By far the most terrible experience I've ever had with a delivery. Ladies in Norristown location are very rude and disrespectful. Shipment running 2 weeks late and they saying it's normal. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Load sitting in Norristown and asked to pick it up, it's on a truck for a delivery early next week , when I paid for 2 day delivery not 7 days

This was the worst experience I have had with a delivery company. It was a sofa bed that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas on the 21st. Got a notice it was delivered on 21st but I didn't have it so I called to double check that it didn't go to the wrong place. Said it was a mistake and they would call me with updated delivery date - never called. I waited 2 days and called again. "Was delivered to wrong depo" and would not be there until Jan 3 (2 weeks late). Said "We will call you to arrange a delivery time" - never called. Got text saying was delivered on Jan 3. Went out and they had left it in the driveway in the pouring rain just feet away from a covered porch. No plastic wrap, just cardboard box quickly disintegrating. The box had multiple holes, most just open but one of which was huge and roughly taped. Weighs 100lbs, can't move by myself, have to try to cover it and keep from being ruined. Called your customer service and was told "Lowe's doesn't pay us enough to do more, we just have to drop it at the curb, not our problem". You should be ashamed and have to pay for a new sofa bed - since this one got wet and stained.

This company is the worst. If you are ordering something freight and see it is being delivered by Estes, you better reconsider your purchase. I had an issue with them last year wanting to drop a 3,000lb delivery of flooring on the curb by my driveway because they were too lazy to drive up my driveway. The excuses ranged from covid (ok, not sure what that has to do with anything) to saying my order said "curbside" which means they can't come up the driveway. We ended up refusing the delivery and had Home Depot deal with it. Home depot's local store had to deliver the flooring to us once Estes returned it to the store. Today I was waiting for two deliveries of workout equipment. One package weighed close to 500 lbs and the other was 250+lbs. I got no notification that the delivery people would be coming or a time estimate so someone could be home and we could plan accordingly. I got a text message a half hour before, when my husband and I were both at work. These lazy, ignorant deliverymen literally left the boxes on pallets at the bottom of my driveway by the curb. This time my delivery clearly stated "front door service". So what's the excuse? They have PLENTY of room getting up my driveway, could have dropped the packages, and had plenty of room to turn around. The ignorant, laziness, and poor customer service are just unreal. My husband was stuck trying to get both these boxes up on his pickup truck to bring up to our house. What if we didn't have the means to do this? Or what if we lived in an area where the packages were exposed for that long and got stolen? No regard for peoples property or stuff they work hard to buy. I already emailed them but don't expect to hear anything. In fact, the last time, the rep on the phone actually hung up on me when I tried to explain the issue. Poor customer service and they clearly just do not care. If I would have known this delivery was being shipped by Estes, I would have canceled.

The absolute worst...terrible customer service, regularly loses shipments, abundance of attitude when trying to find your missing pieces. We informed our supplier to not ship to us thru them.

IT NEVER ENDS!!!!! Once again scheduled delivery date and time. Didn't show up or call. Gave them an extra day. Never showed up or called. I called on the third day and they said it was out for delivery and I would get it that day. Of course no call no show. I called today and I get three different excuses from three different people. First excuse was that they didnt have a lift gate, which is required. The second excuse was the most concerning. They tried to claim they were here but we were not. I called them on that BS. Once they told me my delivery was en route I held my warehouse person until end of business (5pm) which is two hours after delivery time agreement. I also had staff until 10pm doing project work. Then they changed the story to my operating hours not conducive to their routes. If they would only be open from the get go we could work things out. So not only are they unreliable, but now they're being dishonest. Then when I call for answers and express my frustration, I get rude responses or get "accidentally cut off". The CEO should be ashamed. These are not isolated incidents, this is standard operating procedure. If you run a company that depends on stock or items to survive I wish you the best of luck if you plan to use Estes.

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery. I will go out of my way to never use them again, even if that means not shipping at specific retailers. I've been hung up on, lied to, transferred purposely to wrong departments, and most importantly my delivery of a $2000 product is somewhere in limbo. You'd be hard pressed to find a more apathetic, disinterested, and incompetent group of people than at Estes. Avoid at all costs.

After losing my package, it shows up two days later looking like someone put a forklift through the side before dropping it from height. Now I have to deal with getting this this thing replaced due to ESTES negligence. Edit: They we’re supposed to come pick up the package for a return last night, and never showed up. No call no show

Terrible location to pick up material. I drove almost 2 hours to pick up material I needed and they told me I couldn't it because they claimed there was no forklift operators on a Wednesday at 1pm. That alone speaks volumes and to top it off I heard someone in the office around the corner say "I could do it but-" and cuts themselves off so I wouldn't hear the rest of the sentence. If I never came back to this location, it would still be too soon.

You people are so incompetent and RUDE! You delivered $7,000 dollars worth of materials to the wrong address, then left it sit outside in the weather before you would fix it. Then you dropped it off 1/4 mile from my house at the end of a street AND you delivered a partial order 2/3 pallets and just left. You won't let anyone speak to a manager and everyone wants to just get you off the phone. Now, this was for TheRTAStore they will no longer be doing any business with your company and are replacing you with a different carrier. This is all because of your end carrier and not actually Estes.

If you have freight to be picked up good luck on that. If they cant make it, which they often cant, they will lie and tell you everythings all good but they will have you waiting forever. then when you check again after waiting they say they couldnt make it. If time is important then NEVER use this company ever. They blatantly lie just to get you off the phone. It will happens multiple times until you realise they just dont care at all.

We ordered a lift chair for my wife, scheduled to arrive before she had hip replacement surgery. It arrived at an Estes warehouse in Norristown on April 19, and was to be delivered within a day or two to a "White Glove" guy to assemble it, test it, and bring it to our house. The delivery date kept being pushed back, a day or two at a time, with no explanation. Finally, on May 14, the White Glove guy got the delivery from the warehouse--upside down and severely damaged. He took photos and sent them to the lift chair company (Pride), and they are working on getting a replacement. My wife came home today, May 17. The lift chair we need isn't one the company keeps in stock, so the best they can do for us is to get one by June 18.Accidents happen; I understand that. Irresponsibility is another matter. I don't know what the people at Estes were thinking, but it seems as if they hoped the problem would go away if they ignored it for long enough. The consequence is their inaction has added about a month to the time my wife has to go without the lift chair, beyond the time it would have taken if they had owned up to the problem.I would give Estes a zero rating.

Just watched a driver drive off the road and almost hit a building. If your gonna handle a vehicle that weighs that much, you should really watch the road. I told the lot manager and business owner. Happened at 98 highland ave in phoenixville pa. Property damage. Good luck
