He was amazingly persistent! Most people that I’ve run into over time would have NEVER spent the amount of time Thomas did to resolve my problem. “Not sure how this location only has 3 stars when I just had an amazing experience with Sahsha here. I came to change my name on my bank account after recently getting married. I was nervous with time constraints due to not being able to show up until 5:10 on a Friday with their branch closing at 6, but I was helped by Sahsha before I could even sit & wait in the lobby. She has the most friendly and infectious personality. She was able to change my name on my account very quickly, while having a big smile the whole time. Felt like an old friend! She also gave me plenty of helpful tips without pushing anything. You could tell she takes her job & customer satisfaction seriously & I genuinely am happy I drove 30+ min to come here. Well worth it!”
