I do want to say, one of the people who worked with me at the desk was very kind and sweet and helpful, and I appriciate her assistance. Unfortunately, she was not the one who took my blood.
The phlebotomist who took my blood this morning treated me very poorly. I was calm and polite the entire time I was there, but she treated me as though I was scum of the earth. It was unprofessional and uncalled for. I won't be going back.

I just had blood drawn by Miss Charly and I cannot even find the words to express how grateful I am to have met her today! I went there straight from my Drs office and walked in without an appointment. I signed in on the kiosk and Charly was checking in other people at the front desk and she was so pleasant and welcoming to all. She was cracking me up too. I read the reviews before I walked in the office, and I admit I was nervous about going there, but I am so glad I did. I was in, and would have been out in less than 10 minutes, but I broke down crying (I'm 35 weeks pregnant and scared to death) and Charly just hugged me and helped me through it. Thank you Charly for the free therapy session (LoL) and for being a wonderful human being, you REALLY made a difference in my life and I will never forget that. God put me in that office today for a reason (other than blood work ?) and I'm beyond thankful for that! Don't believe the negative reviews, give this LabCorp a chance and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Disgusting attitude! whoever that girl is with the glasses should be terminated immediately, coughing everywhere when it's a laboratory what the hell are you doing? Infecting the area not wearing a mask and to make it better when she inserted the needle in my grandmother's arm she put it in so rough I could see my grandmother's discomfort. If you're Hispanic don't go here they are rude and unprofessional they should seek a different career since they're miserable af in there. I would definitely speak to the higher ups because there's no way they got these people working in here.

Online they put the closing time at 2Pm once I arrived at the location they said they're closed at 1:30pm which is override by them. Simply change the closing time.

I had an 8:15am appointment on a Wednesday for routine lab work before I went to work. I walked in the door and, to my surprise, there was no one in the waiting room. The individual at the front desk asked me to sign in using the kiosk. Her name turned out to be Idreesa, and she was absolutely fantastic. We hit it off right away talking about our shared primary care physician and our happiness with her, her long tenure at Labcorp, etc. She was beyond friendly, helpful, and made the overall experience a good one. She provided exceptional service, which is not always the case at Labcorp (or anywhere for that matter!). Given my experience and the fact that this location is 5 minutes from my house, I will never go to another location. No need to when you have a provider like Idreesa! Please give this wonderful woman a raise because she truly deserves it!

We had a gestational blood glucose test appointment booked that would take up to 3 hrs in the morning. Everything turned out surprisingly well, above our expectations. The checkin process by text was easy. The lady at the reception and the nurse were courteous and friendly. The nurse took blood every hour on time and made sure my wife was comfortable in the adjustable seat/bed throughout the morning. They looked after my wife so well it felt like a hotel treatment to her. Finding parking was a bit more challenging early in the morning but later on in the morning there were more spaces as it got less busy. Finding the entrance was also challenging as there is only one main entrance into the hospital on Powell Street.

Scheduled easily online and scanned the QR code when I arrived. I was in and out in 10 minutes and the tech was great! I always love going to this location.

I went for bloodwork early on a Monday morning and had a very quick and easy appointment. I was in and out within 10 minutes, and everyone I talked to was pleasant and friendly. Probably took me longer to find the right spot (the building, #1330, says Einstein Healthcare Network, but LabCorp is on the 6th floor), than it did for me to get my blood taken! No complaints at all.

I came to this location last week at 6 am. Service was fast, and Charlie was the best. I appreciate her professional service and friendly nature. I was in and out from start to finish in 10 minutes.

This is the site I typically come to for blood work and have been doing so for years. My typical experience is about a 4, but it is my recent experience that I want to comment about. I was nervous about this appointment for my daughter (13) bc the last one at this location was horrendous. Not sure who the woman was then but she was really insensitive to my daughter’s high level anxiety and would not let me hold her hand. Fast forward to yesterday’s experience, my daughter needed to have blood work again and again experienced a high level of anxiety. CHARLIE is phenomenal! She was caring, compassionate and went beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable. She recommended using the bed and allowed my daughter’s friend to hold her hand. Charlie spoke to my daughter like a girlfriend and shared some laughs. Even though my daughter cried the whole time, having Charlie’s warmth and sweetness made the situation better for all of us. Thank you, Charlie!!!! You deserve a reward bc I’ve read the positive experiences others have with you and it is obvious that you are an amazing person and uphold top notch customer service.

Negative reviews worried me but I had a perfectly fine experience. Everyone working was polite if not pleasant. Appt was at 10:15 and I was out by 10:30. Plenty of street parking out front.

Was a very good office once upon a time. New staff many problems, first my orders were faxed to office. Called 5 times and left message, no one returned my call. The phone is never answered. I go to office and they can’t find paperwork, call doctors office they fax again and still no paperwork On to Quest.
