I went to Labcorp at Jefferson Einstein Mont Hosp this past Saturday and they said I was not on the sign in sheet, LIE! and they can't find my bloodwork that was done, so now I have to get it done again tomorrow. I will never go there again! A complete nightmare!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Impossible to get an appointment or to get a human on the phone. Walked in, the lobby was so full that I just left. Too peopley for having to fast and not have coffee before bloodwork.

I usually have a terrible time getting blood work done as I get nauseous to the point of almost fainting, but at this LabCorp, I had a great experience due to the staff who did the blood work. She was super attentive and was great at distracting me that this is the first time I have walked in and out quickly and without feeling ill. I would definitely go again whenever I need blood work done!

I made an appointment at this Labcorp location and was in and out within 30 mins. I went to a location closer to me and waited over an hour to be seen. My insurance goes through Labcorp, so I get my labs done there. Checkin was quick and the phlebotomist was friendly and efficient.

I asked for a covid face mask (they didn't know I had semi-recently been ill), and they responded, "They're optional.". I was asking for one, so I feel that they shouldn't have been reluctant to give me one.There were also no alcohol wipes in the wipes box at the self-checkin kiosk. It was surprising for a medical facility.

I came to this location as a walk in at 7:30am on a Tuesday and I did not wait for even one minute, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

If you want to spend a hour filling in information and still not completing your appointment. This is the service for you. By the way, when you get to place, the people are rude and it takes you another 30 minutes to complete the sign in computer. What genius designed this system? Total Crap and IBC should move away from this lab company.

This is a great office. The staff is always pleasant, friendly and professional. I’m seen on time and quickly for my appts. I am appreciative that this particular Labcorp is the most convenient location for me.
