They also went above and beyond for me, not only accepting my particular requests for what I needed shipped, but then waiving some of the additional fees without even telling me. “I work at a business a few doors down from the Bryn Mawr UPS store and live right around the corner. For security sake, I have all my packages delivered to this store rather than have packages sitting outside my apartment door. Just about every time I go in, they know who I am and have the package ready before I get to the counter. They have also occasionally walked the package over to my workplace unprompted. Every time I go in, the staff is so friendly. I pass the store on my walk back and forth to work and they very often give me a wave hello. Just a nice place all around.”

“The employee was a young man who goes to college in Florida. When I was there I was organizing my packages and he spent a half hour trying to help older woman find a return label on her phone. They never did find it, but seeing how kind he was and never got angry or mad was amazing to me. He is the sweetest guy and I love seeing him when I go into this location”

“I would like to say that most of these comments are not even common sense , if you are HOME in the comfort of your house and you WILLINGLY watch a driver be confused or even deliver it to the wrong house then … but Ya’ll complain . I had one issue and it got resolved IMMEDIATELY, the fedex drivers are always kind and always make sure our package is secure .”
