My son had a issue with his phone. And needed to change his services. The rep on Sunday 10/22/23 at the store on west main really went above and beyond to help him. She worked past her scheduled closing time. Kudos to her!!!

Awesome customer service!! Only Metro store I go to. Jeff knows his stuff. I delt with MetroPCS by calling them, they changed my plan. Just so happened I had to upgrade a phone, went to this store & not only did I get a great phone, but Jeff said my plan was too high called in and knocked my bill for 5 phones from $175 to $131!!!! I couldn't believe the change in price he made. Definitely my go to store!!
