About Montgomery County OIC

Founded in 1964 by the late Reverend Doctor Leon Howard Sullivan, OIC of America, Inc. (OICA) is a national non-profit network of employment and training programs bound together by a common commitment...to help the disadvantaged realize their true potential. OIC has grown into a movement, which has served over 2.5 million disadvantaged and under-skilled people. Today, OIC provides learning opportunities from school-aged students to adults. Throughout the school year, we are home to Xtreme Learning Center, our before/after school program. Each Spring we host a college tour to southern schools for high school students. In the summer, we offer Camp Xtreme which is our STEAM camp for ages 7-14 years old.
