I had a reasonable experience with an online order. When it didn’t arrive, I called, it was on back order, I cancelled, and the money was returned to my form of payment. It took a few days longer to see the cc credit than I expected, but the person on the phone sent a verification email with their internal processing...

I ordered one of the cooling vest, to use when I run in the New Mexico heat ( it's been a bit warmer then normal). So far it works great. I ordered it on a Friday and got it Monday great service on the shipping.
