I just had the most exceptional experience with Guy and his team of professional technicians at Pep Boys in East Norriton, Pennsylvania!!! The service was excellent and I was in and out in the time frame that I was told. Not only this, they took good care not to soil the interior of my vehicle, did a superb job, I was greeted with a friendly smile, and to my surprise, the service was FREE and to top it of, they thanked ME for coming in?!!! This is unheard of these days! Most businesses are raising prices and further burdening the community whereas it was just the opposite here. So I just have to give a HUGE shout out to these hard working professionals who are giving back in such a large way?!

I am a repeated customer at this Pep Boys location. Customer Service is excellent and I especially appreciate that they take the time to treat you as a person and not just a number. That added special touch is what keeps me coming back. I have been a customer for over ten years and have never regretted a single repair or visit. I would like to give a special shout out to Gut who always takes the time to ask if I have any questions about service and is very accommodating with my schedule when I need to come in.

This Pep Boys location appears to be understaffed. I made an appointment for 10:00 am. When I checked in (about 10 or 15 minutes early), I was told that a technician was on his way into work with an ETA of 10:05 am. My car was not taken into the service bay until 11:10 am. Why do they have appointment time slots with insufficient number of mechanics to service vehicles in the appointment timeframes?

I went to about 4 pep boys locations and they all had the worse customer service! At one store location, it took about 30 minutes for them to acknowledge me!

Do not take your car to Pepboys in East Norriton unless you plan to watch them work on your car to be sure they do what you ask. Was supposed to get a tire rotation, but it was obvious to me that they did not do it as I brought the car in with one tire at lower pressure and picked up my car with that tire in the same place as when I brought it in. The invoice claimed they did it. I guess as a "free" service, you get what you pay for. I will not be going back. I have no way of checking whether they actually did the oil change I paid for.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience today at Pep Boys.
(My car is twenty years old, so I’ve had many experiences in caring for my car. None have ever come close to the help I received, and how fast the service was today.)
Guy Johnson is personable, professional, knowledgeable and a true asset to your company.
Somehow I mixed up my appointment, but Guy was kindly able to take care of me.
I haven’t had air conditioning in my car for two years, and I received ridiculously high quotes elsewhere.
But, I just wanted to see if anything could be done, at a reasonable price, so I didn’t have to go through another summer without air conditioning.
The price was so much lower at Pep Boys and I had my car back in a few hours.
What a delight to have air conditioning again.
I’ll be going back to this Pep Boys for all my car service needs.
Thanks Guy for everything.

THE STAFF HERE WAS WONDERFUL!! Pep Boys in East Norriton is now the only location that I will take my car to. Guy was AMAZING. I had an issue with my tires (bought/installed at a different location) and the manager at the other store refused to help me at all. Meanwhile at this location, Guy put in the time and the effort to quickly resolve my problem, even though it was not caused by their store. I had such a great experience from the moment I walked in. Elijah was understanding and helpful until the manager (Guy) was available to assist me. When I say that they went and above and beyond, I mean it. Do not hesitate to bring your car in to this store, I will not go anywhere else in the future.

Imagine taking your car in late morning for an oil change, calling at 5 wondering if it will be done and them telling you yes at 630, THEN arriving at 630 to be told sorry won’t be ready until tomorrow…TOMORROW!??!?! 24 hrs for an oil change is insane

The blind leading the blind in there. Made an appt online for a Friday at 3pm. I noted on my appt that I would be staying with my vehicle. I arrived on time for my appt and they made sure to notify me that they couldn't even look at my vehicle until 4:30pm due to being low staffed. They informed me I needed a new tire for my back right tire. The tire had a nail in it and was beyond repair. Also, they didn't have the tire in stock for my Toyota Camry (a common car) and needed to order a new one and couldn't put the tire on until the next day-Saturday. They held my vehicle until the next day. Upon arrival the next day I paid 125 for the new tire. I rolled off the lot and the check tire light was still on. I came back, they filled each tire up with air and told me I had a slow leak in my back right tire and that it could be repaired. I told the guy, that's the tire they were supposed to have repaired!! He then said oh, let me check who worked on it. He came back and said, we actually replaced the back left because that also had a nail. I asked how come that wasn't addressed initially. He of course said he didn't know but he would repair the back right for free. At this point I felt scammed. I still have no clue if they ever actually replaced a tire to begin with and ran off with my $125. And I had to wait over an hour for the tire patch- of course because they're low staffed.

I was scheduled to come in for my state inspection at 5:15pm. I left work showed up like I was suppossed to and was asked to leave as it was too late. I was there at 5:15pm. Please do not make an apt. for someone if you can not service their car.
