I keep having access issues. You can't get a hold of anyone and when you find a phone number they just say, download the app. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for convenient access or accommodation.

Came into the office to talk to someone about my rent increase and I was greeted with a warm welcome from the manager Annie. She explained that from 6-12 months I would get a rent increase but there is a way that she can help me with a better rate. Immediately I thought to myself she understands what GOOD BUSINESS is. She then told me about the options I have as far as transferring into another unit or smaller. She asked to see my unit to see if i was occupying the entire unit an we came up with a plan for me to down size because only 75% (her words) was being occupied . She was very knowledgeable and made me aware that the transfer process was easy. She told me that I had an entire day to move my things which was super helpful and she even made it a priority to come check on me to make sure I was doing okay while I was moving my items to my new unit. This young lady deserves to be recognized because not only was she helpful she also showed that she cares about her tenants here. Thank you so much for all of your help Annie

I just had an issue with trying to open my unit door. I called the office and Annie answered the phone and said that she would drop what she is doing and come to me to help me with my unit. She was able to spray the door and now the issue i once had is no longer an issue. Thank you so much for always being so kind and helpful Annie.

Lets start off by saying how grateful I am to have come to this location to get a unit because i met someone here that was able to help me with much more than a storage unit. Annie has been helpful from the very beginning. This is my first time ever getting a storage unit and I'm not sure about everyone else but putting your things in storage is like leaving our things in someone else's hands and hoping that you get your things back the same way you left them. Annie assured me that my personal belongings were in good hands. She told me that I didn't have to worry and I made a very good choice with storing with public storage. I honestly came to this location specifically because of all of the good reviews I seen that had Annie's name on it and couldnt wait to meet someone who was so highly complimented due to her good efforts here. When I came to check out the space I was impressed with how clean the facility was. All in all I had a very good experience here so far and hope to see great things happen for Annie because she's awesome. Thank you

Before I begin the review, I would like to acknowledge that everyone that I've interacted with in-person at this facility has been very friendly and pleasant to deal with.Leaving reviews like this is the only way to get the attention of the corporate Public Storage. I was given a reservation and quoted monthly price and when I arrived to check in to the unit, the unit that I had reserved (5 x 10) was no longer available but another unit (5 x 10) was available however the location (this particular location) couldn't honor the quoted monthly rate (significantly cheaper) because the unit had an unauthorized lock on it and lock cutting is only done on a monthly basis. Apparently the advertised rate is only for a specific unit, it doesn't matter how many units of a particular size are available because a rate is based on a particular unit.I'm sure I'm thinking what any reasonable person would be thinking. If an unauthorized lock was on a storage unit preventing the facility from earning revenue on that unit, it would be cut off immediately, what sense would it make to have a lock sit on a unit for a month without generating any revenue? However, the facility asked that I contact corporate to see if they could adjust my account to modify the rate back to the original quoted rate.I had to move in today as I have a truck full of items arriving tomorrow so I begrudgingly accepted the available unit at the higher than advertised price with the expectation that perhaps corporate would be able to resolve my experience.I called corporate and plainly asked what they could do to make this "right" for me, the customer, I even offered that if the unit would be provided to me for just one month at the advertised rate then I'd be happy since at least I was given the unit for a month at the rate I was promised. They could have waived the one time "administrative fee", etc. I was open to different options to help alleviate the feeling I'd had of a "bait and switch". I was shocked by the "service" I received when calling the corporate line. The gentleman that answered read very tightly off a controlled script and after a few minutes of the conversation going around in circles, refused any request I had to speak to a supervisor or another person that could handle my request.Towards the end of the call, I mentioned that I had received an email survey asking how my "experience" checking in was. I asked the agent, what do you think an appropriate response would be for me to give to the survey given the experience that I've had. I was again shocked when the agent responded "that's at your discretion". In what customer service industry would you expect that kind of response? In today's day and age where customer satisfaction metrics and survey responses are so critical to the lifeblood of any business, I was blown away at the dismissive nature of the service I received.Dear Corporate: Here's my survey response, as promised...
