Just know you will be on hold at least 45 min. Just to make an appointment- let alone anything else! Really bad!!!

I was on hold for over 45 mins waiting for someone to pick up my call and I finally got someone and they told me to hold. I Never got to speak to anyone. Always a long wait on the phone. Horrible customer service for years.
