The pharmacist was VERY abrasive and rude. It felt like I was racially profiled for trying to get a controlled substance. She wouldn't fill my script and it felt horrible as someone going through mental health crisis trying to fill a low stock controlled medication. It felt like she was holding on the medication for her patients and completely neglecting my need for the medication. Hope she has the day that she deserves

Ive been going here for years, this has got to be the rudest pharmacy I have ever been too. It takes them 5 hours to fill a script, there miserable as a heck. Just go somewhere else there not worth dealing with

nobody answers the phone when you are trying to call in a script, if they do answer, the immediately hang up on you. ridiculous.

The store is nice and well stocked but the pharmacy department is absolutely horrible. I dealt with this pharmacy for years up until the last 6 months. No one in the pharmacy answers the phone, you will spend 15 minutes just trying to call in and they will often pick up and hang up. I now have my medications sent to the location in Audubon. My son had medication sent over to this location today (despite me telling the Doctor to send it to Audubon); I have spent the last 10 minutes trying to call in and have been hung-up on/disconnected twice. If/when you DO finally get through to the pharmacy, majority of the staff are miserable. The pharmacy hasn't been the same since Bill left years ago.

This evening I was in the store to pick up a few things and I handed the cashier Margie an 20.00 dollar bill ( the date on the bill was from 2003) she said to me “this is an old one do you have another one”? I said no I don’t she then said “I don’t think the reader will read it” there was a line of people behind me! She then hold up the bill to the light and held it close to her face to read it meanwhile I’m standing there embarrassed due to the fact of the line behind me, and she made me feel like a criminal! There was nothing wrong with my 20 dollar bill after all that! Unbelievable rude employee and she never said I’m sorry, not one word no thank you at all. Seriously will not recommend this store to anyone!

Very friendly staff. But the pharmacist ( Asian) I don’t remember his name. But he’s very rude and very abrupt. I came for my Covid shot (second dose) and I was told I could come in anytime. I come in the next day and now he tells me I have to wait 3 weeks. I didn’t have a date on my slip but I come in and he writes a date for my second dose but couldn’t just give me my Covid shot.

Our experience tonight was awesome. Not only did we find what we needed, but the two women who were stocking and running the register helped with my son who has autism and made him feel so happy. I would go out of my way to come to this store.

I was contacted via the automated voice service that my prescription was ready for pick up but when I arrived I was told by the pharmacist that they did not have any of the medication ready for me. When i asked why i received the call I was told he had no idea.

The lady with the green Bikini bottom wig at the pharmacy is the reason I switched pharmacies. Attitude for no reason. SMH
