I called 2 make an appoinment twice when my other place was booked an after I made an appointment I went in and waited over an hour and eventually left, why tell me I have an appoitnment if I don't!?

She does GREAT box braids. I recommend this shop and it's busy at all. She took 4 hours maybe a little less to do my box braids.
