“I had to get posters printed (I had previously used a company in NYC called Printique) and this was my first time using FedEx for high quality photo/card stock prints. Kerensa was extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. She showed me different options, explained pricing, and worked with me after running a test print to dial in a border issue on the poster to get the remainder of prints looking perfect. I will never use the NYC printer I had previously gone to again. I will always go to FedEx for prints like this from now on! *She also did all of this during a busy rush (which looked worse than it was) and was extremely patient and performed all of these tasks in about 5-6 minutes tops. Excellent service from top to bottom!”

“I visited the Plymouth Mtg location on 5/28/23 to check my options for printing, where I met Dave who was both affable and knowledgeable. I placed my order and returned on 5/30/23 to meet Dylan who accommodated my changes and got me on my way with skill and aplomb. My order was for obituaries for my father. Both men were professional and courteous even offering condolences. I'm thankful to have encountered them during this difficult time. I will certainly be back if I need their services in the future. “Of all the Fedex offices I have turned to this is by far the best for many reasons. My experience is over 40 years old as I not only use them for personal items but I also used them on a daily basis when I ran a law firm of over 200 lawyers. UPS could never tell us where a package was whereas FedEx always knew the exact location.My personal experience, now that I’m retired has been fun and interesting.I have an old handwritten book by my Swedish great grandfather which tracks my mothers side of the family back to the 900s. I wanted to share this some 12 relatives both young and old. They were happy to help, pointed out that having them scan rather than copy the pages would be best for the original. When they handed me the copies they also gave me a thumb drive which had not occurred to me and for which I was very grateful.My next project was to copy a poem written by a friend of mine about war. It was to be enlarged and printed on a piece of camouflage fabric and then attached to a canvas board. I wondered how the print would show up on the fabric which was fairly dark but nothing else occurred to me. Well guess what, they printed it in white, so clear as a bell against the dark gray fabric, it looks fantastic hanging up in my friends house and she still thanks me on a regular basis.My point here is that my experience with this FedEx office has been nothing short of fantastic and I’m not sure why I read so many negative reviews, maybe it’s in the way people approach the staff? Anyway, please get to know this FedEx location, these guys are the best. On my way there tomorrow to get another copy job done. I’m excited!”
