“Very impressed with a driver named Ken who today went above and beyond to make a pick up late in the day of six crates for a customer of ours. The pick up location was off of a major road and while it was a commercial shipping business, a combination of the turning radius and the configuration of the crates required him to shuttle all of the crates to his lift-gate with his hand truck. He was very patient, Understanding of the situation and humble as he just went about his business on a hot afternoon.
