The manager Angelo is a NIGHTMARE, he has continued to charge me for a storage unit I moved out of last year! I have called so many times and he is never available that I have a dispute pending with UHaul as a result of his inaction for 4 months of charges I need to be refunded for. Avoid this location at all costs!!

My son reserved a Uhaul and trailer in advance. When he picked up the truck, they told him to come back and they would hitch the trailer to it after he had the truck loaded. When my son went back to get the trailer, they didn’t have one. They never had the trailer. If they would have said something earlier, he could have located a trailer at a different location. It ended up costing my son a hotel night, because he was checked out of his apartment and had no way to tow his car. Thankfully another location had a trailer. He drove almost an hour out of his way to get the trailer to be able to tow his car. Lying to a customer, in my book, is very poor service. There weren’t even any apologies. So a day that was meant to be spent with family, before moving 13 hours away, ended up being a travel day with only an hour of family time. I would say confirm everything, but my son confirmed a week in advance, a day in advance, and was told the trailer was there the day he picked up the truck. Just beware.

Easy experience. Very courteous service, especially by Angelo at the desk. Truck was clean, seemed relatively new, and ran great. Easy drop-off at the next location.

We had a wiring harness and stalled for a 4 pin and seven blade hook up. From a four-pin. I was very happy with the cost of this project and it was the most economical after pricing around. We tested it out to this morning for the brake controller and it works like a charm. Our appointment went off without a hitch (pun intended) ;-) the mechanic was a good communicator as he progressed in the job and had some questions about how we wanted it to work specific to our camper. I'm happy

Truck was made available for pickup before their opening hours but they swapped my reservation for a smaller truck without any warning or notice after I had called and confirmed the larger truck size I had reserved earlier in the week. Barely made it fit and had to leave things behind.

First time using this place they canceled my order the night before. No follow up email was sent. The manager isn’t nice and has a poor attitude. They said the van I rented wasn’t available anymore but clearly there was two outside. They try to con me into getting the bigger truck despite my reservation being for made earlier the day before. Unorganized, unprofessional, and they all cancel reservations for first come and serve. My friend ended up renting the van with no problem after I left. Do not recommend using this place

If I could give 0 stars I would.I returned my trailer in July of last year one day early. The staff there ignored me when I told them I returned the trailer -- I told them I returned it and a staff member said "okay" so I left. Two days later I get a late charge on the trailer. I explain to them the issue and that I returned the trailer and they say they will look into it. No response for a week. I get another notification to pay the late fee. I escalate to a manager on the phone and they say they will get in touch with the manager at this store.A few days later I get an email from Shy*** ( a manager of this store) saying "Goodmorning I do apologize system booted it out I will refund you for extra charges"I thought the issue was solved but today I get a letter sayin MY FEE WENT TO COLLECTIONS??? Absolutely ridiculous. If you can go anywhere else to return or rent your trailer I would go there. Staff was dismissive and were just talking to their friends that were inside the store who were not employees while ignoring customers. Worst experience for a business ever.If you are forced to come here MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR EQUIPMENT RETURNED TO THE STORE.

Over the course of the past week I have been to three different U-Haul locations. This Norristown site has, by far, the nicest, friendliest staff. Princess was sweet and bubbly, and Shyade was very professional, accommodating and helpful as well as pleasant. She took time to help me without rushing me. The only downside I have found at this site was that there was no lighing in the storage facility. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman, but he was also very easy to deal with.

wish I could give them zero stars. This was an absolutely horrible experience. I made my reservation well in advance of when I needed the truck. I was running 10 minutes late for my pickup time. I called and spoke to Kevin or Kenneth and he updated my reservation. I drove to the location and was informed that they are overbooked and they had no truck for me. Despite my reservation. I was given a 1-800 number to call. I was basically told that I would need to resolve their issue myself. Frank was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked why I wasn't told there were no truck when I called and was never given a satisfactory answer. The person I spoke to walked in. I asked why he didn't tell me they had no trucks. He shrugged his shoulders and said I didn't check. Needless to say, I was annoyed by the whole experience. I called the 1-800 number and was told I could drive some distance away and get a significantly larger truck. I canceled everything and made other arrangements. I wasn't charged and was given a credit on my card. If you can avoid it, I would not use the uhaul in Norristown. If you do, have a backup plan.

I called this morning to make a reservation for a vehicle. When we arrived at the place, a girl aggressively attended to us saying that we did not notify the caller, she was very abusive and made gestures with her face very impolite. The truth is that people like this should not work as attendants since they are not trained. She made fun of saying things and said her name is Jennifer, which I think is a lie. I do not recommend it
