I have been waiting on a package that was sent over two weeks ago and USPS is saying that the package is in philadelphi a 25 minute ride away from my home. I have been unsuccessful with reaching an agent and the track my package system has been changing my delivery date since august 15th. Does anyone know how long a package usually takes coming from Ohio? The service over here at USPS is the absolute worse. smh

The man who works here is horrible he is arrogant and doesn't know anything about respect. I went here to pick a package because they failed to deliver it and the man refused to look in the back and then smirked at me. Do not go here and if you do give em hell.

Horrible! No parking, one service window, and the staff is barely alive.

Norristown post office is in a convenient location near public transit and is in town where there are sidewalks to walk to post office. However, the post office itself is usually not convenient to use. Out to lunch sign posted on inside lobby/foyer door often and does not state when clerks will return to serve customers. Apparently not enough staff. They should staff enough clerks during the lunch hour so as to have at least on person waiting on customers. They should stagger or shift or manage lunch breaks so as to not so often be closed for so very long during middle of the day. I no longer drive so it would not be convenient to wait for bus, etc. to travel to post office in another town. Public transit does not necessarily stop near post offices in nearby towns. Almost every time I am a customer in this post office, there is a very long line and only one clerk working the line. Occasionally, when the line is long they open another window or put a second clerk on the job but this seems the exception rather than the rule. This post office has ample indoor room and is clean. There are a number of concrete steps one has to ascend in order to reach the front door. I do not know if there is a handicap access entrance or do not know where such entrance is located. Today there are laws for handicap access entrances.

Can’t get in contact with a real life person. Can’t contact anyone to receive real information because there’s an AI that talks for them! Very unprofessional

If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this office at all costs. Take the time to go a little farther to a different one. A package that was supposedly sitting at this post office because of a wrong address, I went in to straighten it out, and the rude, above everybody guy working, who doesn't want to help says no mail comes through here its not here. How can there be a post office, in such a location, in such a building, next to the Montgomery County Courthouse not have mail go through it? He was rude, talked to me like I was stupid, and even after I told him that I already called customer service and was there for that reason, he gave me the number again. I ended up driving down to Eagleville PO and the lady there is BEYOND helpful, polite, friendly, and everything you want in a person dealing with the public. SHE is the what every post office needs, and she works alone also, but actually helps you when you need it.

I went in to the post office here in norristown pa to conduct some personal business however, a Mexican lady approached me.and asked if I could interprete for her I did, and the clerk gave me a form in English I respectfully asked if the for was available in Spanish and the clerk a white man named PAUL said, I don't need the form I. Spanish this is America, I am so sick to my stomach over this that I'm shaking... that man PAUL is so rude and unprofessional and to boot I'm trying to find a kind enough person that can help me but this automated thing isn't helping me at all.

This review goes to the clerk only staffed today between 4-5 pm who refused to help me when i told him I had to mail out a passport application and proceeded to be a complete a*****e and tell me that they didnt do that there and I needed to go to the other door and also when i asked him where, he gave me a smart response saying, well i dont have a tunnel to go there. I didnt grab a name and of course the only thing the receipt told me was clerk 03.

For as often as this post office is short staffed and closed for lunch, why in the world does it not at least have self-service kiosks? The other fully staffed post offices in the area have kiosks just because. If any post office NEEDS kiosks, it's this one!!!

I looked up the hours before I left my Office on Ridge Pike, when I arrived there was about 10 people waiting. I assumed it was a line? I asked they said the office was closed for lunch no beginning or ending given?? Well of course I punch a clock and can't wait to see when they might return. You can believe I will never use this location again and I'm in sales and will relay this to everyone I know and meet. tsk tsk
