Showed up during open hours and noone was there. Came back in an hour and employee had poor customer services skills. Was not helpful and appeared to be annoyed that we the customers came in to shop. We left the store and will not go here again.

Shawn and Caleb were excellent to work with. I went into the store prepared to refute the typical heartless, aggressive sales pitches at retailers, but was pleasantly surprised to get courteous and professional service.

I traded in an iPhone 11 for an iPhone 13 Pro. Shaun took me through the process. He made sure everything was complete and even set up the Bluetooth connection in my car. He is an extremely professional guy that really understands customer service. Well done Shaun!

I worked with Scott and he was great! He was working alone and it was very busy. He was attentive to each customer, working quickly and efficiently with all of us almost simultaneously. As a customer I didn't feel rushed. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and gave great customer service. I thought the entire process to upgrade my phone would take hours and it was a much shorter time than I anticipated. Thanks Scott for all of your help!

Well I went into the store to buy a plug for my new Apple Watch the guy at the store was so rude and said if you return this item they will charge a 25% restocking fee because they want no returns. I mean thing happen for that to store to not expect returns is ridiculous and to charge at that and the plug was expensive to begin with. I won’t return to that store the staff needs to work on customer service!

My daughter needed a new case, but we got there 1 minute after close as Tawon had just locked the doors for the night. We thought we were out of luck. But Tawon opened the door and still asked if he might be able to help. When we said we just needed a case, he ushered us in and helped us find one. It was a really nice gesture & saves us from having to drive to the next town. Thank you!

The manager Scott is rude and disrespectful towards customers. My father went in a couple days ago to get a screen protector put on his phone and after 2 days the screen cracked. He went to get it replaced and was told that it was my father's fault. Scott would not replace the screen. My dad is elderly and on a fixed income, so my dad was upset that being a longtime Verizon customer that the manager wouldn't help him. Scott told him to get the "f*ck out of his store" and that he hates dealing with my dads "kind". Really?! Great way of being professional Verizon and having this guy represent your company. My family and friends will tell everyone we know how my father was treated and will be filling a formal complaint. Don't go to this store!!!!!!

went here this morning and the store was closed even though google says it's open. I've had this happen before in the afternoon when they are closed for lunch apparently, but this was first thing things the morning! I showed up early because any other time there's only one worker here and it takes over an hour to get help so I wanted to get here before he was busy. But no one was here! Ended up going to KOP and I really should have started there in the first place. 3 people working, got help fast, and they had what I wanted and didn't have to order it. Don't waste your time with the Egypt Rd store.

To be Honest I am sick of walking into every Verizon store in hopes to be helped with whatever is my need at the time. Every store makes me feel like I’m a bother are not of any importance because I’m not currently spending money. There is an arrogance to these customer service reps that makes me not want to return and it isn’t just this store several stores have this lack of enthusiasm to help.. each time I came to this store I was told to go online .. I went online to order my phone and service after visiting this location three times how does that make any sense when they are capable of ordering both in store I then returned to trade in a phone and I was again told to go online when it was offered in store to do a trade in ! Point is save yourself the trip go online you will be received with a pleasantness and you will actually accomplish something ! I Feel for those who have issue with navigating online ! I would just not recommend service with this company.
