Just bought a used 2013 Chevy Malibu from them for $7,800 didn’t even drive it 70 miles (46 of which was the ride home as I live an hour away) the very next day the battery light came on and the break fluid low light came on. I immediately took it to my mechanic who informed me that both back calibers were shattered leaking all of my break fluid out, the front had new break pads placed on rotors that looked as though they were sitting in the river for a year. The battery issue is the hybrid battery which costs about $3,000 to repair. I called to see what they were willing to do to help me out and Jess was utterly ignorant. I’m not sure if he has a problem with women or he just doesn’t know how to speak to people especially customers with respect. I in no way shape or form was rude to him, disappointed yes rude or demanding NO but I was met with total disrespect. Keep this in mind when shopping here, I wish someone would have warned me! There are many many places to purchase used cars don’t fall victim to this place..

Had AAA tow my car there for diagnostics tests that day, next day 4 pm after I called, they said it was fuel pump and they didn't have time to fix but it would be 800 dollars to fix. I'm a senior and my wife has medical issues. Towed it elsewhere.I had to pay 85 for this.Not happy

Just want to let everyone know that the 2016 silver Cruze with 4,000 miles on it has been sitting in a garage for over 4 years. Mice infested the vehicle and caused damage. He bought it for $10,500. It is not worth $14,995 that he is selling it for. Check KBB. Buyer beware.

Pressured my son to sign without his co-signer present. Reneged on the deal over 700 dollars difference, and tried to make him pay 80 dollars for a 'defaced title'. Uses a poorly rated credit union to do business. Was very smug when returning my son's down payment back to him ('good deal'). Previously purchased from in the past. Never again.
