“Jonathan coordinated the detailing of our pre-owned Subaru, which was brought into the shop only a few days before our purchase. When we returned for pickup, we were satisfied with the work and attention to detailing. Thank you.”
“I really enjoyed my experience here. Had my Dodge Ram 1500 serviced, and luckily it was covered under my warranty. My service advisor kept me in the loop the whole time either via text or phone. I definitely recommend Jim Shorkey in North Huntington for your next service.”
“WOW the level of greatness this place has. i bought a car 9 months ago wasnt to happy with it, and let me say MATT PEACH went to battle for me and got me not just a better car BUT A AWESOME DEAL AND A SUPER AWESOME CAR. the dealers went above and beyond to help me and get me what i really wanted. so if you buy a car from some other dealer ,,, well you are just not smart!!!!! thanks again guys.”
“Scott P in the North Huntingdon location was so great! My check oil light came on so I pulled into to Auto Zone to get oil. Scott checked my oil stick for me, got me the right kind of oil and even put it in my car for me! He was so helpful and considerate! Thank you Scott!!!”
“Great quality of repairs. Like new once repairs were completed. Very professional, proactive for my questions and always willing to discuss my progress with me during the repair process. Jessica was very diligent and knowledgeable about navigating insurance companies obstacles.”
“We just had an insurance repair done at Body by Cochran on Rt. 30 in North Huntingdon. The work they did on the car was terrific, and the car looks good as new. The staff was very helpful and they took the time to communicate with me every step of the way. The text updates were great. They know Toyotas and they do excellent work. Whenever I need body work done, Body by Cochran is the only place I’ll go! Great work by all, and thank you!”
“Bob's service here is amazing! I came to advance because I was having alittle issue with my driver side wiper blade. He was very attentive and thoughtful on how he approached my issue!”
“Fantastic customer service. From start to finish the team (especially Arpit and AJ) were phenomenal. Arpit took the time to discuss and educate me on all the tech and gadgets of my new ride with me. We had a great time talking with AJ; who took the time to ensure we understood coverage and papers we were signing.
You know it’s good service when you’re willing to drive 3.5 hours for future car purchases!
Thank you again- for making this an easy process.
-Rita and family!”
“An EXCELLENT alternative place to get an oil change instead of paying the high price at a dealership. The excellent customer service I got from Joy, who went out of her way not only to provide me with the best service she also helped me put groceries in my car.. she helped care for my little chihuahua... Top notch customer care that went above and beyond... Thank you Joy !!!! (Teresa & Tessie(Chihuahua)”

“Being several hours away but finding the car I wanted online at Riverview, I called and talked to Mark. He was able to hold the car until I could get there to see it in person. He was great to work with, professional and personable. He was very responsive and knowledgeable to the questions I had in advance about the car and the process.”
