“Always helpful. My emissions test failed, so I went in thinking I would buy a bottle of this stuff that assists in passing emission tests. I would just dump it in with a full tank of gas and be good to go. An employee (sorry can’t remember the name since it has been several months) asked me a few questions to learn about my situation. He then explained to me how the previous mechanic who just worked on my car the day before the test, reset the diagnostic codes and all I had to do was drive several miles so the codes would reset. That night, I went out for take-out 25 miles from my house! Ha.The following week, went in for my emissions test and passed! This saved me the money on buying the bottle and another failed test. Anytime, I go into this store they help out and get it right. Thanks!”

He normally has whatever you need in stock and can get more obscure or rare parts for you within a reasonable time.The turn around on my phone orders is great. The order always arrives in a day or two. Although I like visiting and chatting atthe store, this saves me a a lot of time.”

“John Schneider really went to bat for me, he was kind and not pushy like some car dealers who are just out to make a commission, he really seemed to care if I got the car I needed, he went the whole nine yards to get me financed even though my credit was a big fat zero he got the job done.
