Reserved the truck, place was CLOSED when I got there (at noon,) with no signs of life inside or no note.Called the 800 number immediately, they could not explain why they were closed, was given the run around. Will never do business with them again!!!

Made reservations a week in advance... Doesn't seem to mean anything to Budget! They had no trucks when we arrived! There was another customer that had been waiting for a truck since Thursday, and the only truck that was in the area had been due back at 9am. Thanks for a great moving day Budget!
